A better life

How we see the world, can sometimes be,

A fragile existence, for you and me,

How emotions, cloud thoughts and hope,

And shapes the world, as we try to cope,

Life can be quite, the obstacle course,

Filled with happiness, as well as remorse,

But without the dark, we don’t enjoy the light,

And this is something, we shouldn’t lose sight,

No matter what, this life may bring,

Remember to laugh, let your heart sing,

Make the most, of every occasion,

As mentally, it’s your salvation,

Try not to worry, if things go wrong,

Things rarely last, for far too long,

As long as you, can be positive,

And grateful it’s, the only way to live,

Your thoughts will always, manifest,

It put’s yourself, to the ultimate test,

For this life of yours, can be anything,

It just depends, what your mind brings,

Of course there are, things you can’t control,

And sometimes the dice, we have to roll,

But if you have, the strength of mind,

A better life in store, you’ll always find,

Be kind to those, that you encounter,

And be the voice, that does empower,

For the choice is ours, every single day,

To make this life better, in every way.
