As I sit here on the edge of the grave

I'm not afraid of the melancholy

I am afraid of the lonely

I can not see anything

It's like I'm in outer space

They say nothing lasts forever

There is a being in outer spaces

A being in the vast unknown

A being that I seek to find

Where the winds blow and the clouds spin.

Out there in space

I can see my future

In the stars I see

The indication

Of my life

I know its time to act

And shape my destiny

I know its time to begin

And fly like the butterfly

A being in outerspace blues

I'm not the only one

To have felt the pain

Of being so far from home

But a ride through the stars

Is all I ask

True I'm just a nothing

It's a song I just can't seem to hear

There is a being in outer space

I wish I knew what it might be

That one little light

That one little star

That one little alien

That one little life
