They say I have changed,

they see the difference

but I feel like a failure

my brain a hindrance

a shallow existence

but I have persistence

so I know I'll make it out

like a diamond, pure brilliance

I can breathe for a moment

I know I was chosen

because I was broken

bent down on my knee's

praying and hoping

I turned my darkest days into words

a faithful poet

Living in my own hell

My life seems tragic

But I have faith

a reborn catholic

no more panic

that's the Devil's tactic
