"It's like this, what's the point of keeping it, how much effort is it." Passersby pointed at Mr. Ding's dog.

Mr. Ding did not take it to heart, and continued to follow the yellow dog - its forelimbs were shriveled and weak, can not stop twitching, stumbling step by step, like a big lobster, so with a twist east and a bow, it does look a little funny.

Although he has tried to keep his balance by waving his tail, he still falls if he is not careful, so Mr. Ding has to be very careful every time he walks the yellow dog.

1Walking unsteadily and falling to the ground

The yellow dog is a string, formerly a campus stray dog, although life is not stable, but by the students feeding, always get by.

But fate always adds insult to injury, the stray dog, unfortunately, suffered from canine distemper.

He curled up in the corner of a flower bed and shivered, but a few days later he got up again, saving his life but leaving serious sequelae.

In the past, when I walked around the campus, people would tease him, praise him for being a good boy and give him food.

Now, people are scared when they see it and hide as far away as they can, and it has even been kicked a few times for no reason while going through the garbage cans.

2 Walking while twitching

The miserable life seemed to have no end in sight until one rainy day, it was hunched over and stumbling in the heavy rain, its already frail body simply unable to hold it up.

A student found it and rushed it to the hospital and contacted Mr. Ding.

The hospital examination found that the yellow dog's symptoms were more serious after the rain, and although the treatment was relieved, the after-effects of distemper are incurable, like maggots that follow the bones, with medication and care, and cannot be stopped for a day.

3 Covered with sludge

There is no doubt that to take care of this dog with the sequelae of distemper, one has to put in a lot of energy and patience.

So, who would be willing to take over?

Mr. Ding stepped up to the plate.

4 Mr. Ding took the yellow dog back to the base

As July was approaching, Mr. Ding named the dog "Liuhuo", which means "stay alive", hoping it would live on.

After 15 days of hospitalization, Mr. Ding personally took him back to the Providence Nursing Home.

When he first came to Ms. Ding's side, he did not trust her, and even avoided and attacked her when she approached him.

But Ms. Ding's kindness made her gradually take off her guard, and after only one day, Flowing Fire was already willing to let Ms. Ding pet her, and her good-natured, docile and cautious look brought tears to our eyes.

After feeling everyone's kindness, he would also pout and ask to be petted ......

The first time I saw this transformation, Mr. Ding was filled with emotion.

It knows that she is doing it for its good!

6 Living peacefully in the base

What touched Ms. Ding, even more, was that the will of the flowing fire to life was very strong.

It knew it could not control its twitching body, but it still insisted on walking and did not lie down and resign itself to its fate.

He fell, struggled to get up, fell again, got up again, and staggered forward towards the light.

7 insist on walking the flow of fire

In just a few days, Liuhuo has become very dependent on Mr. Ding and is a "mommy dog".

"When he couldn't see me, he got very agitated and screamed and rolled out of the yard to find me."

At that time, it seems to forget the defects of the body, only the goal in mind, that is, Mr. Ding.

It is said that the most meaningful thing in a relationship is to run in both directions, and Mr. Ding and Liu Huo are no different!

8 The dogs rescued by Mr. Ding

Looking at these once thin and bony, scarred fur children, in their careful care, at the base of a healthy and happy life, Mr. Ding felt that he did everything worthwhile.

Twenty-one years ago, Ms. Ding picked up her first stray dog, a blind Pekingese that aroused her compassion for stray animals.

Since then, rescuing stray animals has become Ms. Ding's daily routine.

9 Furry children on the base

As more and more stray dogs were rescued, Ms. Ding and two old friends joined forces and rented a yard in a remote rural area to adopt the rescued stray dogs and cats, named Tianyao Life Care Home.

Over the years, Mr. Ding has rescued more than two hundred stray animals, pulling them back from the line of life and death and giving them a place to live.

There is no shortage of old, sick, and disabled people in the small home who need careful care, like the flow of fire, Ms. Ding insists on giving him a massage twice a day, each time for half an hour to beat the bottom.

10 hairy children smiling happily

The rest of the dogs and cats are a big project, and the three of them are so busy from morning to night that their hands have become deformed.

The road to rescue is never easy, and the small home has been moved twice, resulting in a debt of 100,000 yuan.

Not only do they have to bear the weight of the economy, complaints, and criticism from others, but there is even pressure from their families ......

11 Dinner is served

"My son is severely allergic to dogs and cats, and the family does not support it, so I am not allowed to save anymore."

Is this the way to stop? No more rescues?

Mr. Ding sighed, "I can't turn a blind eye to the car accidents, the abused, and the abandoned ones!"

The taste of rescuing stray animals is not available to outsiders, and the hardships are only clear to Mr. Ding.

12 Meals mixed with meat and vegetables

The first thing you need to do is to get your personalized advice.

They have been trying to help themselves, trying to work wherever they can earn their living, and in their early sixties they are still figuring out how to sell Lanzhou lilies live on Jitterbug.

But several elderly people have limited ability after all, when the current epidemic, all of a sudden cut off the economic source ......

13 living happily and peacefully

The new rescued dogs and cats also need to be vaccinated and de-sexed and more than a hundred hairy children can eat 800 pounds of food every month, which is a big expense for the small rescue home.

Every minute, money is still being poured down.

Now, to save money, Ms. Ding can only make a few pots of rice and mix some vegetables and minced meat to give to the fur babies for emergencies. This is also what Ms. Ding and the girls eat in a day.

14 Enjoy the touch

But in the financial straits, this simple food can not be supplied!

"As a last resort, I don't want to ask for help to raise food and add a burden to everyone."

Forced by the epidemic, she had to bend her backbone.

But, although her backbone is bent, her faith is unyielding.

15 Grab the meal is the most delicious
