Just want to share a few tips for fellow dog lovers like myself. Some may not know this information and might need to so they don’t hurt their little fur baby.

This is my little fat pit, Luna. She is such a joy and very well behaved. Took a very short time to train her because she, like most animals and kids.. if you take time and consistency, it doesn't take long to train or teach them. I just wanted to share a few things I have learned along the way having dogs for quite a while now and if I do not know I ask GOD (google) for the answer. I never take just one site's advice either. I look at multiple sites and then go from the most common answer from them.

Did you know you should never, I mean never feed your dog onions or garlic? I hear so many times of someone feeding their dog fast food burgers. If they are from McDonald's that means they are slowly poisoning their dog. It is something that may not happen at once but the build-up of what onions and garlic are made of over time will poison them. Some people do not know that and just feed their animals whatever they eat. Well after doing that you can bet they won't eat their dog food because they will expect your food, not that crap. That crap has all the nutrients your animal needs. Find what dog food you can afford with the most health benefits for your pup.

Did you also know you can give your dog household medications when In a pinch? Never give your dog Tylenol or ibuprofen. Buffered aspirin is what they can have for pain. Can even give them Pepto or Benadryl. Always find out their weight and how much they are able to have of each household medication before dispensing, please. Here is a picture I found on Pinterest with more you can give your dog.

If you do not know how much you can give your dog then I also found a chart with how much you should give your dog of each medication.

Sometimes it’s hard to know what your dog is going through since they can not speak. If you noticed your fur baby acting any differently than they normally do. Keep an eye on them and if the change is something you should address go to the vet if needed. If they just have little diarrhea try some Pepto or they do have a medication they sell at a farm store just for diarrhea, this works really well. Tried it on my dog already. You can find it in the dog section in a cooler with medication in it. Read the box and it will say right on the box what it is for. Forgot the name sorry used it for my fur baby a while ago now.

When my little girl got really sick that cost us a 1,400 vet bill for her hysterectomy, at first, just seemed she was a little sick and after a day it got worse. She drank her water so fast and all of it only to have it come right back up. Knew it was time to go to the vet. It was a surgery that had to happen immediately. The longer we wait the worse it could get and her uterus could explode inside her. Pray this does not have to happen to any of you. Depleted any little savings we finally have been able to start saving. But we will do anything for our fur babies, after all, they are family members too. ❤️🐕

Hope this helps someone who may not have known this.
