I know the world seems glum right now

You wonder how do I go on, how?

You feel all alone in the dark

With nothing, not even a dim spark

You think nobody loves you

You think, nor would they care if you’re dead

You think, they probably wouldn’t even mourn

I can tell you what you think is untrue

Your Thinking

Is All distorted, pure lies!

There's a reason you were born

Your unique, absolutely they'd care if you were dead

Self-bullying thoughts your allowing to control your mind

how can the world, how can you too be so unkind

Negative thoughts incessantly ranting telling you, you’re unworthy, no good

Your Carrying on each day living in falsehood

It’s soul suppression that’s causing the depression, can’t you see

Listen to my words of wisdom, to you I plea

You’re letting it win, don’t listen to your mind voices

They’re evil, conditioned, they want you to give in, but you have choices

They’re evil they want you to give up, but you do have choices

The mind chatter will continue, no matter what, it’s constant every day

Learn mind control, take the wheel, translate it in your own positive way

They want you to believe you’re worthless

A terrible person, friend, son, daughter, mother, or father

Those thoughts you feed are absolutely remorseless

It’s only a game to your mind talk, another life to destroy

You must stop feeding, watering them, instead, delete them with minds eraser

You need to recall a time when you felt joy

As children, we detested losing any game

So play your hand, fight, play to win

Learn to forgive yourself for your past sin

Gain back your life, take it, proudly proclaim

We do have choices in this life, say Fuck it!

Everything you’ve learnt has been a complete bloody scam

Choose to live free of worry free from stress

Own you, L💜VE YOU, step into you and then step out as You

You are the Only person you need to care to impress

So become you, head held high, go forth confidently

Stay true to you, be care free, be yourself unapologetically

You control your minds thoughts, what you think you Create

Monitor those mind thoughts their delivering your fate

A thousand percent I talk to myself, apparently I'm crazy

Their oblivious, as I'm asking the experts for advice

A thousand percent accuracy, their always precise

Free your spirits, cleanse your sight with euphrasy

Learn from past mistakes but don't harbour regret

Think of regret as your enemy, your threat

It’s related to shame, cousin to guilt

Release it or you’ll fall, take a stumble

For it will eat away at you until you crumble

Stop Beating up on yourself, stop! You must quit

Life will knock us down multiple times, sometimes we’ll fall to pits beneath the ground

It's okay to get knocked down, but why your down, you’ve a masterpiece to rebuild

Don't Stay Down, it's not a vacation it's not a pleasurable trip

Use the time to quieten your mind from the chaos that surrounds

The Storms hit hard, like lightning bolts through the heart

I know how damn hard it is to make a new start

What's harder is when diminished beneath ground, you choose stay down

After every storm the sun shines again, at night the moon holds us in its light

A lotus rises up from muddy waters to bloom by day, only to submerge into those same muddy waters each night

Your stronger than you think, more courageous than you know

Your a beautiful colour of mess aglow

So get up, choose to fight, straighten that crown

Its important you see your soul lessons, don’t point the finger, don’t blame

Be accountable, be responsible for your part, for your actions

This false teaching is no ordinary infraction

It’s a god damn human rights violation

So learn each life lesson, educate yourself

Gain wisdoms, become your true self

Get back up, your life is most definitely worth living

You don’t think you are, but you’re special to someone

A child you smiled out in the street

The shopkeeper who looks forward to seeing you each week

A brother, sister, father or mother

I’m sure there’s many unnoticed other

Don’t focus on the things we don’t have

But the wonderful things we are blessed to have

Take time to notice the small things in the world

Live each day with a gracious heart, humble spirit, appreciative of life’s blessings

Adopt an optimistic attitude of gratitude

Rise up, show us that master piece you re built in all of its beatitude

There’s many more people you don’t know, who you are yet to meet, who really do care

You’re not alone we are here to share, please know you are unique, your rare

Learn to trust your intuition, it’s your souls whispers to stay true to oneself

Pay attention, follow its guidance it’ll keep you out of strife

Please Don’t ever give up, you don’t get to quit, promise to never stop loving yourself

It’s the key to life
