Who Do You Think You Are?
Exploring Your Essence
Who do you think you are? Where exactly are you?
Are you inside your brain? Do you live in your face? Maybe you’re bones rattling around as a skeleton or goo squishing inside guts?
If you’re reading this, congratulations! You’re in form, and you are whole. Welcome to the physical plane. It seems daunting from what you've been told, but get ready to relax! It is possible to peacefully exist within the confines of your body. In fact, it’s your ultimate truth.
The illusion of separation grows hazier as the shift to the new world prevails. Ego is old news. Material excess is exhausting. Glamour and gold fizzles out in the face of now— dust stirring up storms in mind.
As science and spirit merge in cosmic marriage, life evolves. Regardless of form, you’ll experience the process right here on the event horizon of awareness. You don’t need to seek anything. Time is not linear, it’s unfolding; there’s nowhere to go away from yourself.
Feeling anxious about future? Stuck in past?
Give yourself the gift of presence. It's free! You are always you, and it's always now. There is no gray area— that part exists in your head.
Wherever you are is what the universe is doing, so pay attention. If you fall into past patterns, ruminate on judgments, or hop into speculative futures, you’re missing out on the deliciously brilliant textures stitched into the tapestry of the ever-shifting present moment.
No worries though, it’s always here.
Time is of no consequence when you recognize yourself as waves vibrating in a web of light, propelled by a body that functions on its own. Imagine if you had to think about breathing or digestion! Seems like it’d be pretty hard to remember all those procedures.
The design of form is superb, and ultimately empty— we understand this thanks to science. Everything is light and dark. Our brains transmit information and we apply meaning. Wow! That’s amazing.
But, who decides what’s what?
The answer to that question is simple, you do.
You, however, are not simple. The human experience is complex. Consider who’s talking right now? You’re hearing my words narrated by your inner voice. It works the same for me, and every person— thoughts sent via symbols. A direct line to the head boss. Super powerful.
Listen to your heart and do what feels good. It’s clear that, though people's opinions vary, our emotional energy is understood on a common level, and we all get how it feels to be alive.
Experience plays in mind, and every chord is unique. Harmony happens when we each sing our own song and rejoice in the processes of nature.
Tap into the essence of your spirit by being yourself. It’s fun and easy!

Back to our first questions:
Q: Who are you? Where are you?
A: You are me, sitting here right now, writing to you. :)
I AND YOU
Once there was no think to know.
No starry sky nor sun to glow.
A low vibration rumbled deep.
I awoke from my sleep.
Sparkling dust ran amuck.
It came together with some luck.
Now there are many things to see.
And all eternity to set them free.
Then I sought to tell a tale.
Alas no thing will prevail.
So I found a clever way.
I taught myself how to play.
The first was this ~ just a note, a chirping peep in feathered coat.
The second one came to pass ~ a spinning wheel of size and mass.
The third rule left is always right ~ nothing's greater than its plight.
The fourth I know because it's mine ~ signs and symbols tow the line.
The fifth is special, I'll tell you why ~ it's the magic mark of you and I.
The world is like a buzzing bee. Lost in space, we are free.
Loose the chains, let them go. Be yourself! Enjoy the show.
