We Stand

for one another

a symbol of hope and unity

We stand together side by side, to lend an ear or a shoulder to lean on. Emotions run deep, and flow like a mighty river. You never really know where they will go.

WE suffer, we laugh, we even fall flat, then we get back up and try again. You just really have no clue where emotions will lead you. One day you are happy and enjoying your life, then you just can't get out of bed.

We stand for each other and lend the helping hand. Gather your footing so we do not fall flat. We listen and cry, laugh and still cry. Together we need to be just to feel alive.

We stand as one against the world, as friends, as family. Support one another is we must do, we only have each other, or we become unglued.

We stand together through thick and through thin, as the world around us becomes unhinged. I got your back, you got mine, for all time we stand.

Does not matter the subject we have, always here for you. There are so many reasons, no real rhyme, emotions are there and we can not say why. They run through us like a freight train or just a gentle breeze. They have their own reasons to each one of us it's true.

We stand as one, in a gathering or on the other side of a screen, to show support without being mean. To be there is healing, and please don't ask why, no one should feel alone and just want to cry. We need each other through each passing day, to help us move forward, no bill to be paid.

I say this with truth and love in my heart, if you need me, please reach out. If only to say I feeling blue, or I have just gotten bad news. I am hear to listen, to be by your side, give a little advise if that is what must be done. I know it isn't easy to ask, but when you need me I will abide. Try and try to do this alone, only to find the madness within.

With this day and age there are so many ways to try and connect, we have landlines, cells, email, social media. All different ways to reach out. We have awareness for so many different things, and now add one more, We stand together to make a connection.

We stand for truth, we stand for justice, We stand just to be heard. Why is it so hard to STAND for a connection with another person? Is hard because of loss, betrayal, lies to no end? Emotional or physical damage? To these I say we need and deserve to stand and be heard.

No more hiding within ourselves, we are not alone and we deserve to be heard, just as much as the person just standing there next to you.Let us show the world we can make a difference and not be afraid to speak, touch, or even just feel! They who try to beat us down, and keep us in the dark, begone and let OUR light shine through! WE have suffered long enough.

You know you probably think this is about one thing, and you would be right. What is the one thing? Only you have the answer and can speak it aloud. If this speaks to you, and I am sure it will..... Stand and be heard. Call a friend or family member, let them know what you have been hiding. Call someone! Make your connection, before lonesomeness gets you. It is dangerous and can be most fatal. No one should have to get to that point before they find someone who can relate.

I beg you one thing, know you are more than you think you are. Your worth is priceless. Believe you can do this and you can start to heal. make your connection and become stronger than you were, one step at a time. The reason is clear, no one should be alone, and no one truly is, not unless you choose to stay that way. Someone is just there, someone you trust. Stand and speak, and finally confide.

I end this now without any recourse, I said what is in my heart without any remorse. I'll be there for you as you are for me, we will get through anything, as long as together .....We Stand
