YouTube & Google would definitely give millions of vegetarian cooking ideas. It is so great that advanced technology exist to support every good habit one tries to adopt. Always start with the basic rather than trying out complicated recipes.

Start connecting with nature. This is the best way to be grateful to mother earth for all the seeds its bears which grows into trees which reap tasty colorful fruits & vegetables. Smell those colorful flowers walk bare-feet on the grass, ground & sit under the shadow of a tree, to feel that love of mother earth. Nature is very nourishing & rejuvenating. It increases ones vibrations and guarantees physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being

Sleep and wake-up early. Watch the changing colors in the sky during sunrise & sunset. Feel warmth of the sun & cool of the moon. Listen to soulful music, nature sounds & move your body to rhythm of the healing sounds. Let yourself free of any worry, tension and bondage. Feel connected with nature & closer to Divine. The answer is simple - “You are what you eat.”
