The Truth Is...

I am molecules, so are you, and the truth is there is no story. We exist as moving principles operating through vast complex patterns known to us as nature. But who or what are we? What is nature?

Everything. Nothing. All things. No things. Energetic forces that balance to zero. Opposing charges that annihilate each other when smashed together.

What could it all mean?

I deduce that what we call "life" is a feeling of grand sorts. It's a spark of brilliant sensation that may go this way or that; ultimately never going anywhere. Powerful, elusive, free, mystical elements, spinning in a whirlpool of unpredictable forces.

How wondrous! How ponderous! What do we make of it?

To date, we make nonsense. Constantly. For almost our whole existence on this garden planet together we have enslaved ourselves through the medium of story. We experience stories playing out on the world stage, and we divide ourselves based on personal bs (belief systems). Our stories dance in our heads, sinking into the deep waves of our collective mind. They go round and round. And what goes around comes around. Endlessly.

But, what is really happening in the here and now?

I am going to write our story from a new perspective. Mine. These thoughts and opinions are my own. If my words don't resonate with you, that's fine. You should think for yourself. If they do, then let the un-telling begin!

My first question; what is the truth?

I conclude that the truth is, there is no story. There is a present, and everything that vibrates within it- known and unknown energetic forces that spin and play together. I will dive deeper into my thoughts about these mysterious forces later on in this article, so keep reading!

We are endless points of chaos and order, coming together and splitting apart again and again, forever. Yikes! What could forever possibly mean? Sounds like a long time.

My second question; what is time?

Bully to time. It's an illusion. Tip-toe into the quantum realm for two seconds, and you'll find that time is not, and cannot be linear, as thought to be by us for eons. Rather, it is perpetually unfolding. The concept of time is a trick. We fooled ourselves. Time is useful, but not the truth. Like all things, it runs in circles, but never arrives anywhere. It doesn't exist. It's a false narrative. The present is unwrapped, and it is eternally surprising.

The third question; what are we?

Miracles on a cellular level. Omg, cells are amazing worlds operating in the quantum realm. They are unfathomable, beautiful, elegant, and resourceful. I love mine. I talk to them, I listen to them, and I know them. And so do you- you know your particle/waves better than anyone or anything in the external world. You understand your own garden of creatures like no one else can or ever will.

I wonder why we don't talk about real reality- the matter that exists in our objective consciousness. The one that's actually here now. This is such a point of confusion for me- probably why I'm writing another article about it. I feel flummoxed by our incessant need to ignore this fact entirely. Even with the knowledge science has procured throughout the ages, it's like acknowledging the spiritual aspects of our existence along with the material is hard or something- but it's so not! It's as easy as breathing. After all, what is breathing? Take a breath and pause to think about it.

Okay, I've asked my questions. I have my ideas in order, and now I'm going to prove them to you. After all, the proof is in the pudding!

And what a pudding it is! The ultimate pudding with every ingredient imaginable; a flavorful and delicious recipe.

Let's talk about matter. What is it anyway? All matter is common matter. It is made up of the same elements, as everything is; you, me, the universe, the multiverse. The whole is a compilation of common matter- fields of energy conducting interplay in an electromagnetic field of radiation. Listen to the term, "common matter." All of our words point to the crux of the spell, even though they're clumsy and tricky. What would our world look like if we operated with the understanding that all matter is common matter? Would we cultivate our physical garden or would we continue to destroy it? If all things were understood to be equal in relevance by all people, what would be possible for us in the here and now? I wonder.

Back in the ancient days, the concept that we are all made of common matter was known by a few, but those privileged few languished in fear of the average person knowing it too. All humans are made up of the same star stuff. No person is better or worse than another. Class systems are false flags. We are all the same, but each is very different.

What part of our story does this fact negate? All of it. This one clue about our nature makes the entire human story tragic and irrelevant. Yet, it continues to play out nonetheless. But, why?

Stories are powerful. They conjure emotional responses in us, and human beings are susceptible to feelings. We contain all the feels, emotional and physical; love, joy, hate, anger, sadness, disease, pain, fear, regret, shame, guilt. We feel everything. Our hearts and brains are easily set at odds against each other. But in reality, heart and brain function harmoniously, along with our other organs. Everything is connected by energy and matter.

Stop and breath- how are you doing that? You have no idea, and neither does anyone else. It's an inherent function of your material form. Amazing! Outstanding! Imagine if you had to remember to breath or anything else your body does automatically. It would be quite taxing, for sure.

I believe reality is a collective body made up of individual patterns of essence- you could say "spirit," or better yet, "flavor." Your essence is unique to you, as my essence is unique to me. We are drops in a sea of conscious thought, which exists in all forms as particle/ wave energy. Is there an ocean without the drops of water? Of course not. The ocean is its drops of water. No doubt about that.

This isn't crazy talk! It's the truth. Look into it and you will find out for yourself. I've included some points of reference at the end of this article to set you in the right direction. There is nothing to fear here. If anything, understanding real reality will make you feel more magical and alive than ever, as you should feel being human. You have access to color, light, sound, smell, texture, sensation, emotion; these are your birth right powers, and they are incredible when you think about them.

Color holds no weight. You are light and dark. You are in the here and now. You are a brilliant and complex compilation of molecular magnificence experiencing its pattern in a field of electromagnetic radiation. It doesn't matter who you think you are in this world. You are, in essence, a world- like a coral reef composed of creatures thriving and surviving.

Look around you. See things differently. See them as yourself. The matter forming in your mind is creating this reality, transcribing it on a cellular level. Proteins are constructing the micro tubular pillars that build and maintain the temple of you.

What do you see with your eyes? What do you feel in your heart? What does your gut tell you? What is your inner voice saying? What is it showing you? Who's speaking in your head in a language that you understand?

Trust your intuition.

You are the star igniting your spirit. Who else could it possibly be? You're not merely the instrument, you're the wind that plays it. Spiritual meets scientific on equal ground. Tune into yourself, and you'll feel it. Warning! Connecting with your body can get weird if you think about it too hard. I like being in my bones, and I've become great friends with my skeleton, but if I focus on it for too long it can feel a little freaky. Sort of like when someone mentions eyebrows, and then for the rest of the day all you notice are peoples' eyebrows and how odd they look.

But what about God? What about history? What about suffering and death, justice and injustice? The world is harsh. The world is material and unyielding. Who am I to oppose this? Who are you to challenge the narrative that we are small and insignificant in the face of reality?

Let it go. It's all story. There is no right way to be. God means what you believe it to mean. And before some of you get your pants in a bunch about that statement- to me, God is the luminous light that invokes and compels my spirit to rise, and I love source energy- aka God. Death is a fairy tale. History is based on perspective, written down by those privileged few I mentioned earlier. Suffering is a choice (we create tons of it pointlessly). Justice and injustice are what you make of them. The world exists conceptually to each of us, and to itself. Good and bad are changing tides. This is what I think. What do you think? It's important to draw your own conclusions based on your personal life experiences.

Everything is alive inside of you- it isn't unyielding and hard, but rather gentle and fluid. Matter is energy, and energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only change forms. We are the ones who decide whether we are small and insignificant or powerful beyond measure. There is no other person to tell us who to be or what to do. We have the ability to think for ourselves. We are present now. Past lessons can be learned from our collective history, but why hold onto them so tightly? Why not be open to new possibilities? It feels so much better.

I choose to believe life is miraculous, gorgeous, and ineffable. I bath in uncertainty. I embrace this unpredictable event horizon, which exists only now. I feel excited to be a part of it. How about you?

Here is a simple video of a drop of water under my home microscope- there are bazillions of these on the internet, so it's nothing new. Except, it is. This was a moment in the life of a creature, captured under glass. This is what happened, is happening, and happens on all levels now. Movement, survival, instinct, play- in other words, life. Life is happening for this happy protozoa feasting in a garden of delights, and it's the same for us. Size is determined by perspective, and it's irrelevant in the scheme of things.

Now, onto the elusive forces pulling matters this way and that in our collective field. I have been immersed in quantum research for about three years, and since I have no scientific background, and I'm terrible at math (measurements don't really mean anything to me), I have internalized the information on a more visceral level. Being a pisces, I consume it in a mystical way naturally. I wonder if this is why it's easy for me to see connections. They are so very obvious to me when I delve into mythology, astronomy, astrology, cosmology, quantum mechanics, physics, biology, philosophy, etc. Even though I don't know every detail about the topics I'm interested in (and clearly I do not. I'm not an expert in any of the subjects mentioned above by any means), I am good at picking up the gist of things, and I do have great powers of deduction. So given that, here is my personal theory of everything- I call it "Molasses Theory." Bon a petit!

Molasses: A thick syrup produced from the refining of sugar.

"Molasses Theory": A Blend of Spirit and Science

1) Information has mass defined by its emotional charge.

2) Emotion is the strong force that binds quarks together.

Here is some of what I've learned about the quantum world that led me to develop my "Molasses Theory":

-Matter is made up of molecules. Molecules are a group of two or more atoms bonded together, which represent the smallest fundamental unit of a chemical compound that can participate in chemical reactions. For example; water is a molecule: (H2O)- 2 hydrogen atoms + 1 oxygen atom.

- Molecules are made of atoms. Atoms are points of energy (not hard little dots like we've been taught) that consist of a nucleus (protons and neutrons clustered together) surrounded by electrons (again, not little dots- more like charged clouds of probabilities).

-Protons and neutrons are made up of quarks. Protons are positively charged particles, neutrons have no charge, electrons are negatively charged. All particles have opposite particles with opposite charges (just to keep it interesting). Quarks come in flavors depending on their generation- 1st generation is the lightest (Up and Down), 2nd generation is a bit heavier (Charm and Strange), 3rd generation are the heaviest (Top and Bottom). They are all combinations of Up and Down, and they decompose into lighter particles via the weak force (entropy). It's all in the spin!

-Quarks are attached to each other by gluons, which are sticky strings of a sort that conduct the strong force that binds them together. There is so much to read about gluons and all the other particles: fermions, leptons, muons, bosons, photons, neutrinos, and more! Check it out for yourself. Too much to go into here, and I wouldn't write it correctly anyway. I picture gluons like slinkies. And I think the Higgs Boson is super interesting, because it gives mass to particles (somehow)- I put this on the table with what I read about leptogenesis, which I found to be fascinating. I could be off in my understanding of it, but it made sense to me that they are connected. You should read about this stuff if you're interested and come to your own conclusions. Don't be intimidated. No one person is science and no one owns the quantum realm. Particles belong to all of us, and their behavior is up for interpretation. Research is fun!

- Basically everything is a protein strand of some sort or another-people have a combination of A (adenine), C (cytosine),G (guanine), T (thymine) proteins transcribed by molecular machines in the organelles of cells (sound familiar?) from DNA to RNA, which are found in chromosomes inside the nucleus of cells. Humans have approximately 30 trillion cells (depending on where you find the info)- about 330 billion cells are replaced in the human body every day through mitosis- cell division.

There is a ton to learn about the wild west of particle physics and the quantum world right now, and it is endlessly exhilarating if your interest is sparked. Your head will spin; no pun intended!

You can view the standard model for particle physics on YouTube or visit Fermilab for the most current information on quantum mechanics. Just look it up on the internet, whichever search engine you like. It's all there.

Here is my visual interpretation of quarks-

I know it's hard to let go of beliefs, judgements, sorrow, suffering, and everything else. But is it worth it to hang on to them just because we've been lost in our stories for so long? Do you really need someone else to tell you how to act and feel? Why not live as you like? Why not believe in whatever you want? Is it so hard to let another live as they wish to? Is it so hard to be kind to each other while walking our own paths? Can you see and feel your energy reflected in the scene around you?

You and I will die (as all things do), but in reality, we decompose into a lighter version of ourselves. That's what is happening on the quantum level- the real reality. I have no idea what visuals or sensations death will conjure for me, but I'm sure it will be something, and then nothing- like sleeping and waking. We cannot use death as an excuse to be afraid of each other or our collective world anymore- death is life in the microcosm and the macrocosm; as above, so below. It's all the same! Magic lies in the meaning you find for yourself here and now.

After all, it is true that you're always here, it's always now, and you're always you- regardless of the form you're in. Listen to your particles. If you know the truth and feel it in your bones, you can perceive life however you like. Water holds memory vibrations, and it flows within and without.

Don't get me wrong, I love stories. I am an author. I think it's wonderful that we share ideas and debate complex issues. But is it necessary for us to create suffering beyond what is already challenging in form? What are your hands doing now? Are they hurting or healing? If they are hurting, you can stop. Truth lies in our cellular, organic nature. No one can force nature to do anything, and you, my friend, are nature. We all are, and we are free.

Celebrate in your own style and enjoy your unique flavors. Live in peace, love, and abundance. It's all here now, and you have the power. We all do.
