A moment is a piece of time that happens in an instant. In this moment you wonder how you will react. From the build up to the main attraction the moment is a memory that either stays with you or becomes a forgot memory where you don't remember it.

In the moment you feel anticipation & eagerness to approach it. You think for a second if you're ready for this but you know the build up led you to this. Previous moments had came up & you reluctantly neglected them due to fear of the unknown.

When opportunity repeats itself it means there is something to be learned from it. Whether you know it or not you're put to the test. Of course you can always ignore the signs & run from it. Sooner or later moments will arise for you to experience what needs to be learned to move on.

Moments comes in many shapes & forms. Something as simple as trying to plan a meetup with someone turns into constant reschedules. Now sure it could be timing or the other party just isn't interested but if the moments right & the opportunity presents itself things will align & success occurs.

There's of course moments that are really good like the moment you get married & bad moments like when a family dog passes. In these times we learn to cherish these moments because it is what defines our actions & characters as people. In these moments we must understand that being in the moment with no mental distractions offers us the opportunity to experience things as they come & react organically.

Moments isn't something that's always occurring. Every moment isn't the seconds that go by or every time the same thing happens. Moments becomes experiences in your history where change & occurrences takes place. A brief period in time that causes an impact on those involved. So the moment where you came to terms with who you are and the moment where you stole that blue French horn for someone are moments that impacted history.

Moments are important because it helps shorten the long book that is our life. They help us acknowledge the things we are missing & things that can assist us in life. The emotions & reactions becomes sections & even chapters in our life that is us. One thing to remember is when a moment occurs, embrace it.

Moments happen for a reason and wether or not they are good or bad depends on not only your reactions but also on how you interpret it. A wedding can represent a good moment because it's interpreted as a moment in time where the union of two people coming together. A funeral represents a bad moment in someone's life. People gathering together to collectively mourn the loss of someone. These events (whether good/bad result or vise versa) takes place to bring about change to allow us to grow.

Understand the moment you're in & acknowledge that these moments can impact your growth as a person. Moments reveal information that both confirm & expose you to something new. Therefore, these moments doesn't define you but becomes part of the story that is you.

In retrospect, events are naturally occurring which strengthens the authenticity. Nowadays, moments in life are more attracted by experience. The more moments you create in life the more fulfilling your life can reach and thus a more defined character you create.

So whether you're feeling moments of grandeur or spiraling through melancholy, remember that you will grow from this event in time. That this occurrence is a fragment of many occurrences that not only makes up apart of who we are but of who we can become.
