Of different opinions
After a fallout with a relative, I better understood how easily people who come from even the same background can fall apart due to differences in opinions. As it turns out, even though we might share the same reality and environment, we can get so much of a different experience that it eventually leads us down a path where our ideas diverge. In this instance, it wasn’t even about who was right or wrong, our difference came down to one person being egotistical and another trying to be altruistic, two very different visions that failed to find balance.

Change Your Thoughts, Change Your World: The Power of a Positive Mindset
Introduction: Thoughts are Powerful—Let’s Make Them Work for Us! We’ve all heard the phrase, “When you change your thoughts, you change your world.” But what does that mean? 🤔 Well, if you’ve ever decided to approach a problem with a fresh perspective and suddenly found the solution staring you in the face, you’ve already experienced the magic of this idea. In the grand scheme of life, it’s easy to get bogged down by negativity, stress, and the constant barrage of “what ifs.” But what if I told you that just by shifting your thinking, you could unlock a new way of seeing the world? Sounds pretty exciting, right? Let’s explore how changing our thoughts can not only transform our internal reality but also have a ripple effect on the world around us. And yes, we’ll sprinkle in a little humor along the way because who says deep thoughts can’t come with a side of laughter? 😄 1. The Power of Positive Thinking: Mindset is Everything! Here’s the thing: life is like a mirror. It reflects what you put out there. If you’re constantly thinking, “This is impossible, I’ll never succeed,” then, guess what? That’s exactly what you’ll experience. But if you flip the script and think, “I’ve got this, I can make this work,” suddenly, opportunities will start popping up. It's like magic—only it’s not. It’s just positive thinking in action! ✨ Want a quick test? Think about a time when you faced a challenge. Now, remember the thoughts that were running through your head. Were they full of self-doubt, or did you approach the challenge with a can-do attitude? Changing your mindset can turn a mountain into a molehill. Easy as pie, right? (Well, almost! 😉) 2. Reality Is a Reflection of Your Mindset Let’s get real here for a moment. We’ve all had those days when everything seems to go wrong. You spill coffee on your shirt, get stuck in traffic, and then spill the coffee again. Yikes! 😅 It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that the universe is out to get you. But, here’s the twist: reality often mirrors our internal state. Think about it: when you're in a bad mood, you might notice more negativity around you—people cutting you off in traffic, your email inbox being a minefield of bad news. But when you're in a good mood, it’s like the universe is suddenly on your side. Coincidence? Nope! Your thoughts create your reality. If you choose to think that everything is happening for you, not to you, you’ll start seeing opportunities where you once saw roadblocks. Your new mindset becomes the lens through which you view the world. 3. Negative Thoughts Are Like Bad Guests—Send Them Packing! Let’s talk about those pesky negative thoughts that like to hang around like uninvited guests. You know the ones. The “I’m not good enough” or “This is too hard” voices that pop up every time you try something new. Well, guess what? You have the power to evict them! 🏠👋 Here’s a little secret: Negative thoughts don’t hold any power unless you give it to them. It’s like a party—you can choose who gets in. When you catch yourself thinking negatively, try to replace those thoughts with something more positive. “I’m not good enough” becomes “I’m learning and growing.” Boom—instant mindset upgrade! 💡 4. Changing Your Thoughts Is Like Reprogramming Your Brain Your brain is like a computer—it’s wired to think in patterns. If you’ve been used to thinking negatively, it’s not going to change overnight. But, with a little practice and a whole lot of persistence, you can start reprogramming your brain. Think of it like updating an app: the new version works better, smoother, and more efficiently. 🌟 One simple way to do this? Affirmations! Try starting your day by telling yourself something like, “Today is going to be great, and I am ready for whatever comes my way.” It might sound a little cheesy, but the more you say it, the more your brain starts believing it. It’s like a little pep talk that can lead to big results! 5. The Fun Part: Let’s Laugh Through It! Changing your thoughts can sound like a lot of work, right? But it doesn’t have to be all serious business! Sometimes, all you need is a good laugh to put things into perspective. Picture this: you’re stressing about an upcoming presentation, and suddenly, you imagine giving it while wearing a clown nose. 🎪😜 Suddenly, the pressure seems a little less intimidating! Sometimes, taking a step back and laughing at yourself can shift your mindset faster than any motivational quote. So, when in doubt, laugh it off. Changing your thoughts doesn’t have to be a struggle. It can be fun, lighthearted, and full of joy. After all, a happy brain is a productive brain! Conclusion: You Have the Power to Change Your World So, here’s the deal: when you change your thoughts, you truly change your world. By shifting your mindset, you can transform your challenges into opportunities, your doubts into confidence, and your setbacks into comebacks. And the best part? You can do it all with a little humor along the way. 😎✨ Now, it's your turn! What thoughts do you want to change to create a more positive reality? Controversial Figure
From my perspective, I’ve never really thought of myself as being controversial or prone to arguments, but as it turns out many people might feel that way about me. The disparity comes from the fact that I am not generally interested in many topics, but there are key topics that retain my attention and I really go off on those.

The Fear of Evil Eye and how it can hinder your growth
Recently, there has been much banter and controversy on social networks over this concept called Evil Eye, as if this thing exists and that some people's bad vibes or bad wishes have so much to do with our lives. Without much empirical research or scientific evidence being put forward on its basis, opinions widely vary on this aspect of life. I believe that the concept of the evil eye is based on cultural and superstitious thinking, that is, those who feel envious of your success or inner light may wish you harm or cast curses, which can eventually bring about misfortune or a decline in the blessings already in your life.
