Am I a Failure?
I think almost every teenager has had a moment where they look at their life and think, “What am I even doing?” Sometimes it feels like everyone else is moving forward while you’re just standing in the same place. You see people getting good grades, being talented at sports, having a clear plan for their future, or just seeming confident about everything. And then you look at yourself and start wondering if you’re falling behind. Feeling like a failure doesn’t always come from one big mistake. Sometimes it’s a bunch of small things that slowly pile up. Maybe you didn’t do well on an exam you studied for. Maybe you tried something new and it didn’t work out. Maybe you compare yourself to someone who seems better than you at everything. Over time, these moments can start making you question yourself more than you should. The worst part about feeling like a failure is how it changes the way you see yourself. Instead of thinking, “I messed up this time,” you start thinking, “I always mess up.” One mistake suddenly feels like proof that you’re not good enough. Your brain starts collecting every bad moment and ignoring the good ones. It’s like your mind becomes your own biggest critic. Social media doesn’t really help either. When you scroll through your phone, everyone’s life looks perfect. People post their achievements, their happiest moments, their best photos. You don’t see their bad days, their insecurities, or the times they felt completely lost. But when you only see the highlights of other people’s lives, it’s easy to think that you’re the only one struggling.

To Stay Happy
To Stay Happy should be an ambition for us all and maybe it is. Being happy makes our life better and helps us to get on with others, create and generally feel good. It improves our health, makes us better friends and helps us be in a position to help others.

Have you ever scrolled through social media and suddenly felt like everyone else is doing better than you? Someone got a new job, someone started a business, someone is traveling, and another person seems to have the perfect life.
