From Doubt to Determination: How to Build Unstoppable Confidence
Introduction Confidence isn’t something we’re born with—it’s something we build. Yet, many people struggle with self-doubt, fear of failure, or the feeling that they’re not good enough. In reality, confidence is less about being fearless and more about facing fears and moving forward anyway.

Her Hands Smell of Petrol, Not Pity
In the narrow, sun-scorched streets of a small town in Pakistan, a three-wheeled motorcycle rattles its way through traffic. On its cart sit rows of recycled glass bottles, each one filled with petrol. The driver, Wali Khan, steers with his left hand—the only one that still works. His right hand and leg remain lifeless, paralyzed since the night tragedy struck in 2018.

The Silent Struggle Behind Success: A Businessman’s Journey from Failure to Fortune
The Silent Struggle Behind Success: A Businessman’s Journey from Failure to Fortune The city lights always seemed brighter when viewed from the window of Arman’s cramped one-room apartment. From the outside, it looked like a typical evening—cars rushing down neon-lit streets, restaurants buzzing with late-night laughter, office towers glowing with ambition. But for Arman, those lights often felt like a cruel reminder of a world moving ahead while he remained stuck, his dreams crumbling one after another.

The Burden of Resistance
The Weight We Carry ... If destiny is a river, then resistance is the act of swimming against the current. At first, it feels powerful. It feels like control. We tell ourselves: “I will not be carried. I will decide. I will fight until I get what I want.”

Touch Grass
Words that people have used to describe me: Down-to-earth, kind, generous, spontaneous, flexible, adaptable. Yet, the term down-to-earth sticks to me the most. People in my life have used this to describe me, and I never really thought twice of the meaning of it until very recently. It means I am in touch with reality and reasonable, which I completely agree. Lately, it seems that we are so out of touch with reality, and I think that AI has a lot to do with it. We use AI more than we care to admit, to make videos, to envision the perfect dream home, to help us write that email that we have been worried about writing to your boss or an external stakeholder. It does make our lives easier, but it takes away certain elements such as creativity, thinking and thinking critically, solving problems, and writing code. Our brains are getting lazy because of AI. The greatest philosophers of our time have said numerous quotes about creativity, and here we are crushing it. For example, the philosopher Epictetus once said: "Nothing great is created suddenly, any more than a bunch of grapes or a fig. If you tell me that you desire a fig, I answer you that there must be time. Let it first blossom, then bear fruit, then ripen." This tells us in order to create something great will take time, we cannot keep expecting AI to do the great work for us. Besides, what lives in one's mind is probably better than anything AI can do.
