Bhagwan Shiva: Why is he called Bholenath?
In India it is very common for people to refer to their deities by several different names. For example, Hanuman is also referred to as Pavan Putra on account of being son of Pavan dev. Ganesh is also called Vigneshwara as he helps his devotees overcome all obstacles. Two gods who probably have the highest number of names assigned to them linked to their different attributes are Vishnu and Shiva. I will not go into details of those names as Vishnu Sahasranam and Shiva Sahasranam include recitation of 1,000 names associated with them.

Everyone has a interest in watching martial arts when they look at movies, demonstrations in parks, YouTube videos and other things. They go wow awesome I wish I was like that but then forget it like it’s yesterday news. But then there are people who are truly dedicated and genuinely interested in learning the way of the fist when it comes to fighting, all starts from somewhere that a lot of people usually don’t like to talk about there interest in the art like being bullied in school or watching, movies or being inspired by a friend or family member that trains in the art to truly be inspired by it. But people don’t realize martial arts is more than just training it’s a way of life just like eat and drinking is a way of life. You have to put a lot of sacrifice of your time to master the art. It’s natural to try it but it’s hard to dedicate your time and your life to training in it. Before you start your journey every journey has a beginning. 1.First where they first watched the art and got involved in martial arts everyone journey is different whether by watching the videos on YouTube , or by getting bullied in school, or by getting inspiration by someone you know who trains in the art 2.Why there interested in learning the art is a topic a lot of people nine times out of ten do it to learn how to fight back against bullies. According to statistics Nearly 14% of public schools report that bullying is a discipline problem occurring daily or at least once a week. Reports of bullying are highest in middle schools (28%) followed by high schools (16%), combined schools (12%), and primary schools (9%). Bullying is the most common cause for people with low self esteem and self confidence particularly for overweight or obese people to stand up for themselves that results in parent taking them to there first martial arts class to learn how to defend themselves. 3. When they step into a martial gym or dojo for the first time they watch the seminar from the bench before a manager or someone comes by over to talk to you about your reasons for being there. They’ll ask you what are your interests are in learning and you pick a art to learn whether it’s boxing, kickboxing/Muay Thai, judo, Brazilian jujitsu, wrestling, karate, taekwondo, kung fu or mma 4.You pick a art your interested in now what do I do you well tell yourself why I’m there in the first place. Instead of training for a short amount of time then quite your journey afterwards. Tell yourself I’m not going to quit I’m not gonna go back to that guy or girl who was weak, dumb and unattractive to women or men and tell myself I belong here I’m not gonna quit on myself because of a little push above my limit, because if Bruce lee or other martial arts figures who experience bullying kept training and didn’t quit why am I. 5. Now that time has passed and you kept your training intact and diet intake now what do I do from there well simple answer is nothing you keep pushing forward to new heights martial arts is your whole life there is no training for a few days, a few weeks a few months or a few years then quitting. You keep training and training and training because it’s your way of living. And then pass this knowledge to your kid’s or the next generation, just like breathing air is a way of living you need oxygen to survive so train your whole life until your final breath before leaving this realm to the next generation. In conclusion martial arts is forever in every one lifetime
