“Turning Others’ “No’s” into “Yes’s”
I will always remember the moment when I pitched a concept I truly cared about. It was a fresh autumn morning, and I believed that my latest proposal would transform our project. I entered the conference room crowded with coworkers—some nodding respectfully, others giving a slight smile—but by the time I finished, the atmosphere had clearly changed. The silence in the room didn’t reflect agreement and reassurance; it was filled with unspoken objections and concealed worries. Have you ever considered how frequently a sincere “no” serves as a cover for hidden uncertainties or a subtle indication of underlying concerns?

Stubbornness is also important
Stubbornness is also important Stubbornness—a word that is often considered a symbol of stubbornness, but if this stubbornness is used in the right direction, it can change a person's destiny. This is the story of Aarav, who not only fulfilled his dreams with his stubbornness, but also taught his family and society that sometimes stubbornness is also necessary. Aarav was an ordinary boy living in a small town. His father Ramsharan was a small farmer, who somehow managed to run his family by working hard day and night. Aarav was very intelligent in studies, but the financial condition of the family was so weak that he had to face new challenges every day. His dream was to become an engineer and eradicate poverty from his family. But the circumstances were against him—there was no money to pay school fees, it was difficult to even buy books. Many times he spent the day on half an empty stomach, but he did not give up. Aarav's school was far away from the town. It was a common thing for him to walk 5 kilometers to school and back. Sometimes his clothes would get wet in the rain, and sometimes he would get scorched by the sun in summer, but he had only one dream in his eyes—to become an engineer. One day the teacher announced a competition in school—the student who scores the best marks in mathematics will get a scholarship to the best college in the city. Hearing this, Aarav's eyes lit up. He decided that he had to win this scholarship. But the path was not easy. He had neither books nor any guidance. His friends used to go to coaching classes, but he did not have that much money. Then he decided to study on his own. He started studying from old notes and library books by staying awake all night. The electricity often went off, so he would study in the light of a lamp. The people of the village would make fun of him— "What will you do after studying so much? You have to do farming!" But Aarav's stubbornness was firm. He kept overcoming every challenge. When the exam results came, Aarav's name echoed in the whole school. He had secured first position in the whole city! He got a scholarship and got admission in the best college of the city. This was the first step of victory for him, but the struggle was not over yet. He got admission in the college, but now where will the expenses of living and food come from? Getting financial help from home was impossible. Aarav found a way out for himself. He started teaching tuitions and did small jobs. Many times he could not sleep, but he had promised himself—"I will not give up until my dream is fulfilled." In the last year of college, a campus placement of a big company came. This was a golden opportunity to make his dream come true. But the competition was tough—thousands of students were applying for the same job. Aarav prepared day and night. He had completely prepared himself for this opportunity. When he was asked in the interview— "What is your biggest strength?" His answer was— "My stubbornness. I don't give up until I reach my goal." This answer reflected his confidence. A few days later when the result came, he was selected! It was a proud moment for his family. Now his dream was about to be fulfilled. This story of Aarav teaches us that sometimes stubbornness is also necessary in life. If Aarav had given up on circumstances, he would have lived an ordinary life like those people. But his stubbornness made him a successful engineer. So if you also have a dream, then stick to it. Because stubbornness is necessary!
