SUNRISE

“I like a good story and I also like staring at the sea-- do I have to choose between the two?” ― David Byrne, How Music Works

THE SUNRISE AT THE BEACH

"I would recommend anyone go watch the sunrise at the beach, help kick out the crazy away, and put the body and mind on rest."

- Lenny

"There are all these cognitive and emotional benefits that we derive every time we spend time by the water."

- Wallace J. Nichols

We live in a busy world, where we are taught to strive to build, compete, create, work, so many things in between. Everyone living in their own bubble of life, with their issues.

When in this running of life, we keep disconnecting ourselves from nature and her well being of life. We become stress out, irritable human beings.

When nature constantly teaches us that striving to achieve something does not have to be stressful. When you cannot see things with clarity, getaway, and get a real perspective is the best thing.

"How foolish to believe we are more powerful than the sea or the sky."

― Ruta Sepetys, Salt to the Sea

it takes time, effort, and care to see a strong and grown tree.

It's no different in life. It takes planning and time to see the construction of something.

"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."

– Albert Einstein

Them, the ocean comes with his fury and calm to put the human being in balance, pausing the clock, when life is asking you to run, the waves coming telling you to take your time. You don't need to be rich or live close to the beach to put some effort in the wake up earlier and go watch the sunrise and feel the breeze of the ocean.

"A fragrant breeze wandered up from the quiet sea, trailed along the beach, and drifted back to the sea again, wondering where to go next. On a mad impulse, it went up to the beach again. It drifted back to sea."

― Douglas Adams

it's scientifically proven that touch the cold sand, look at the blue of the ocean and just relax close by the sea, listening to the waves have something to do with the negative ions in the air your breath, putting your brain in a soothed state.

Which makes you kinda go into the meditation state, for real. And yes, you can be the most stressful person on the earth and still have a state of mediation, which will definitely help with something in your life.

So, please give yourself some beach days. You will be calm, tan, and new for a good week and still can add cute pictures for your memories on Instagram or just for yourself.

Whatever you do, whoever you are, go by the sea sometimes. Give yourself time and allow your body and mind to rest and re-energize your spirit.

Sometimes, you have to rotate the painting several times on the wall to see the picture's real meaning. Where you are able to have different perspectives, and you can choose one for your life. This is your damn pretty life. Whatever perspectives you choose, it is your beautiful freedom of choice, where the tide can be seen in a calm breeze or in a fury alive of waves. And that's the beauty of nature. She teaches the human being to not strive, be quiet, and think. Sure, you will find the answers you need. Just make sure to spin the frame of your mind. Not in a fast way, calmly, by the ocean.

I spent uncounted hours sitting at the bow looking at the water and the sky, studying each wave, different from the last, seeing how it caught the light, the air, the wind, watching patterns, the sweep of it all, and letting it take me.

The sea."

― Gary Paulsen, Caught by the Sea: My Life on Boats

The moral of the story go watch the sunrise. 🌅
