Some people are very practical about happiness and they do not concern about little deeds of happiness. They are concerned about materialistic stuff. But sometimes happiness isn’t about having more stuff. It’s all about learning things you haven’t tried, spending time with people you care about, exploring places you haven’t been to, and investing in experiences that will continue to help you grow.

Most people try to live defensively and they might be afraid at first to step outside of your box and do their things, but keep in mind that it is a promise that if a person at least takes a try to realize that there’s so much more to life than spending all of the hard-earned money on things that don’t matter. Money is not always everything, according to the real world yes it's a need but totally dependence on it by a person is also a bitter and partial fact to admit. So along with stuff trying to find a feeling of peace in little deeds.

A person should try to explore the direct connection from truly knowing his or herself to find the flow and personal happiness instead of directly noticing the happiness from others. In a busy world, all are in the race of achieving something and the little happiness does not matter for a person. People are so busy with materialistic happiness that not give them any kind of happiness and satisfaction. Satisfied happiness can only occur if a person chooses the right path and focus on people's happiness also like the close relations a person has then it is possible to attain real happiness. Our paths have energy. They are powerful and activated by the heart. Let's practice the heart to adopt the right path by using a mind because is that controlling system of a person that tells the right path to the heart.

Today life is very programmed like a robot. Our life becomes emotionless and it needs instruction from outside how to deal with the emotions. We do not quite understand what the heart or mind demands. Because we are so used to living life being told what to do when to do it, and how to feel. We are used to living a life separated from our feelings, deep in quiet desperation because we don’t quite know how else to act. We conform to society. We think survival is nonexistent if we stray from the path everyone else is on. So it is better and also becomes necessary to identify the real identity of a person and try to know the reason real why a person comes into this world.

Let's start a new journey with knowing yourself. "It is the beginning of all wisdom.” The relationship with yourself is one of the most important relationships in a person's life. If you do not have a full understanding of who you are then how are others supposed to get to know you? Everyone is busy satisfying themselves. So let's start to build healthy and positive self-esteem because it is probably the most important factor in the real world and it will lead a person to happiness and live a fulfilling life. Having healthy self-esteem requires self-acceptance, self-knowledge, self-respect, empathy, compassion, and personal understanding. Sometimes we do not know how to embody these things which is okay. The first step is trying. Try opening up to a family member, friend, or maybe a mental health professional. Either way, it’s worth it to get on the path of happiness.

Let's focus on the little happiness just once and the magic of this happiness, and see the result it will automatically give you double happiness in this busy world. Just take out time for this little happiness.
