Are there any particularly sensitive people around you? They can because others a small move will produce huge mood swings, will think a lot of things; they can because others do not think of a sentence, they put on the heart, guessing the meaning of others; even you sometimes can not contact them promptly, they will think you do not want to be friends with them or is he do something wrong?

They are very sensitive people, a little wind and grass will make their hearts produce a big drama, so they always seem to be very tied up when facing people, making their bodies and hearts very tired.

The reality is that other people do not have that much "purpose" most of them are their brains out.

I do think, have the energy to figure out others, rather than live a simple life, only live a simple life, the trouble will be much less, if you are a sensitive person, you might as well try, refuse to be sensitive you will live a happier life.

I have a lawyer friend, her name is Nina, she is a senior student at Yale University, her school achievements are very remarkable because she is excellent in all aspects, she is one of the most optimistic students of the instructors, and received a high evaluation.

However, after she graduated, she found a law firm to start her working career, but her working career was not so smooth, because her whole person was in a bad state, which led to her work in a mess. She was unable to integrate into the team for a long time, so she often did the wrong things, and she was even interviewed by her boss.

Her mentor learned about this situation and went to her to understand the situation. At first, she was reluctant to talk about it, but later she told the truth after her mentor pressed her, saying, "Maybe it's because of my reasons, I care too much about what others think, I care a lot about anything others do, I'm too sensitive, I can't fit in at all because I feel like I'm an outsider, and I was bothered by it."

It turns out that Nina is always watching everyone's actions at work, and she is afraid that she will give others a bad impression and that they will have an opinion of her. The other day she felt that she had offended a colleague by not bringing her a sandwich, so she couldn't get over it for a long time, but it was only because the colleague hadn't thought that she wanted a sandwich too because she hadn't asked him to help her bring it.

Nina in school is very confident, is the school in the wind, but to the work, all disappeared, the work of Nina is a cautious, everywhere careful very sensitive and fragile Nina.

Moderate sensitivity may make us more sensitive to things around us and may help us to get more information, but if too sensitive, then it will only make a simple time very complicated, life is everywhere and is a problem. Don't think so much, live a simple life, to live a happy and comfortable life.

Highly sensitive people will be their access to moral information for a deeper level of processing, even if it is just a little bit of hours, or a look from others, a joke, they will be processed in the heart into an infinite number of things, interpreting a different meaning.

Care too much about what others say and do, is to put their emotions on others, others want you to be depressed, and you will be depressed, and joy and sadness are completely controlled by others.

Life is short and long, if you care a lot about everything, then you will live a very tired, you will find that the world is against you, only you are against sensitivity, live a little simpler, do not consider so many things so that you will not have so much burden, so much unfriendliness, but also so that you can be strong through the storm!
