No Worries

Why worry, fume, or fret when the Universe has given you all you need in life? Thus, life itself. Nothing is as intricate as life, once you understand this eternal truth and notice how blessed you are, you'll never lack!

No Worries. Worrying is just a waste of time, it never solves our issues.

Stop! Take a moment to breathe, in, and out. Reanalyze what's bothering you. What's actually bothering you?

This sweet life can be full of uncertainties, failures, regrets, pain, and yet, they don't get better when we merely worry about them, without taking positive actions to address the situation and the reasons we are in such a situation in the very first place.

In contrast, we end up worsening the situation by worrying. The hard truth is, whatever circumstance we experience is as a result of decisions and actions we previously took either consciously or unconsciously and our state of mind concerning its corresponding outcome.

To help better our mood, we can begin by seeing things or situations for what they are and not what we think they are, by assigning our meanings usually from one perspective or viewpoint, which most of the time is inflated or biased by our very own fears.

Whatever problem or situation you find yourself in, it is bothering you only because you are a living being. Just breathe, smile, and live!

Many times I slip into the abyss of worrying unnecessarily which spikes up my stress levels luring me into engaging in acts injurious to my body, mind, soul, and my very life itself such as excessive drinking and smoking.

I emphasize the keyword "excessive" because a fine bottle of wine or beer could be very refreshing and fun (pun intended). The danger arises when it is used as an escape for life's issues which in a sense has inevitably produced many drunkards and junkies in our society.

Emotions are so powerful that every thought of ours must be thoroughly scrutinized to achieve a peaceful and blissful state of mind.

A state of mind that generates power through harmony and emotional balance and makes life much more meaningful and full of joy despite ongoing atrocities in the world we live in day by day.

The cover word picture reiterates a promise and ceaseless love the universe has made to us and for us. Time to act right!

First of all, let's get some facts straight to enable us to better understand and make maximum use of this post message. You must be alive for your problems to be real or tangible.

You must be living to be able to drive the car you always dream of, or live in that dream house, maybe enjoy that vacation you always fantasize about, or even have the kids you long to have.

You must get this eternal truth, without life, nothing is existent (not even our issues, the dead has no worries whatsoever!).

Life must be in "action" or "play" for the most luxurious car or mansion to be built and to be able to bring forth offsprings. Once you have life, you have everything.

Once you are grateful, thankful, and appreciative for something, thus life, more will be added unto you. You can achieve this state of mind by enriching your faith to develop confidence and poise in life.

Lifestyle changes such as frequent meditation and balanced lifestyle activities of work, rest and fun, helps one stay focussed, calm, and healthy in such a busy world.

Faith breeds patience, persistence, and resilience which is imperative in any undertaking in life.

Affirming and reaffirming the love of the Universe and renewing our thought pattern to be dominated by faith is a good start to enrich our faith and deepens our bond with the Universe.

When powerful yet simple statement such as this from B.C. Forbes;

  • He who has faith has... an inward reservoir of courage, hope, confidence, calmness, and assuring trust that all will come out well - even though to the world it may appear to come out most badly.

Memorize and repeat the above statement including any of your choice 30 times daily, thus, 10 times when you wake in the morning, 10 times during your daily activities in the afternoon, and 10 times before retiring to bed every day and notice wonderful changes in your life.

Consistency is the key and how often you cleanse your mind and fill it with enduring faith counts a lot.

Setting quiet times during the day to meditate at least once a day for as little as 20 minutes also helps to calm you down and keep your body in great emotional balance which connects you to the universe inwardly.

These are tips that have been of immense benefit to me and almost all people I have encountered including heads of institutions, local celebrities, religious leaders, and hardworking individuals.

I believe it can help you and have a positive impact on you when diligently practiced. Also remember, patience and consistency counts a lot.
