Disclaimer: Even if these events are true, and I am just a drop in the ocean, I dare not to judge anyone because of their actions.

I understand that some ideas or concepts take a whole new form and life online, but I dare to take a reflection upon myself for living in this world. This story is my reflection.

“Share ideas. Inspire people!”

I am a creative and brainstorming mind. I share my words with the world with the goal to let people that struggle — like I once was — be aware that we can be more than our current situation. We cannot change the situation, but we can choose our view and approach.

Something is simple: if you have ideas that you don't want to be appropriated, never share them. You have to know that any being on earth learns by mimicking another.

But we are rational, some may say. We know better than just liking something and using it like it's our idea, even changing some names for the concept to be a little different. Wrong. We want to leave one imprint in this world, it does not really matter who started it. The name that stays is the one that gets recognized. It happened all the time, it will happen again.

Are you afraid that you will lose your passion because of appropriation?

Do not share your ideas. First, work on your view of the world. A jungle cannot be fair, and the world will never be.

“A hope that never dies”

I've said something harsh in the last paragraph. A truth that I would love to change and be a vessel for that change. We cannot do it alone! Each interaction that we take can inspire others to become a better version of themselves.

Maybe we can turn the wind, breathe in good thoughts and become a tolerant world. Today, we hide behind mantras and superficial 'improvements' that our generation achieved. We aren't more equal than before, we do not have tolerance. We have little stones under our garments, ready to morally attack one person or situation.

Don't forget. The world isn't black and white. No situation is bad or good. Each point of view is important to consider, let's not try to cancel one another.

Two people can have the same idea, at the same time. It's not what this is about. If you see someone having one idea, and you want to inspire others using that, don't forget the person who inspired you. Talk to them, tell them what you wanted to do with their idea.

No, it's not a crime using one idea that you saw. Can you dare to be different? You can share your experience with that idea and ask if you can use it to enlace that inspiration. We can ask, they won't bite.

“You will thrive if you work hard, and it will show”

First, don't be like me. I do not care enough to copyright my online posts, and that will have to change. You don't even know if you have your stories translated and shared as property of others.

We all take time to think and evolve our works, ideas are the same. We can spend a lifetime only having ideas, without making them real. Don't stay inside your mind, conquer your thoughts and make them come true!

Working hard isn't all. Most people work hard every moment and achieve no success. Being successful isn't all. Be you! Evolve yourself and work hard for the things that matter to you. Stay as healthy as possible and walk your path.

Society can have its goals or strategies, but you can be happy with enough. You don't need to be more, you don't need to be less.

One last detail, be proactive and try to protect your works. Search for your local copyrights agencies. Google can help you. It isn't much, it's just a start.

Embrace empathy

Despite all that life can throw at us. You are not alone. Each person has their motives, and we can all change. Be someone that helps others understand your point of view — but don't forget that you're not the truth.

We all make mistakes, we need to see the other as ourselves. Just don't forget that you are not a bag to be carried around. There are limits for everything, and we can and must protect our world. Give a chance for people to see that they were wrong or to show you that you're both right.

Not always there is one truth. That's the beauty of life itself: biodiversity isn't just about species, there is biodiversity within human minds. Let's dare to learn and embrace them!
