Esequiel “ Zeke” Alvarez is a successful entrepreneur, Army Veteran and the Owner/ CEO of Falcon Roofing and Falcon Solar. Originally from Los Angeles California, he now calls Washington DC home. He is the creator and host “the young man’s handbook podcast” on YouTube and Spotify. He also owns Kinetic Consulting which is a pro bono coaching business to help new service based businesses scale faster and more efficient. He is a single father to three children and still demands a work like balance.

“Progress over perfection” seems to be the running motto throughout his colorful career. Every day he chases perfection knowing he might never achieve it, but the journey throughout and the lessons learned on his quest have shown in unworldly resilience.
