How does teenagers deal with failure?

Most people fail at some point in their lives, it is a very fundamental thing you need to get through. According to the Cambridge Dictionary failure means: the fact of someone or something not succeeding. Everyone wants to succeed and as a teenager it is what we are told to do, when you grow up you need or are going to be someone great, but, what does it stop us to do something great?, How does failure affect teenagers? More importantly, does failure predetermine a teenager’s future?
When we succeed our brains release endorphins, dopamine and serotonin, which encourage us to engage in a task again. When we experience a failure, our brain releases cortisol which does not leave us with positive feelings or acceptance. When we fail we became our own worst critic, we start putting ourselves down. failure is very common thing but when you are a teenager failure is a very difficult challenge because of the pressure you have on yourself. Pressure can be your parents who aspire that you became spectacular as your brother, or the social pressure of being accepted.
Don´t quit too early, most obstacles we face are here to develop character not to stop us, a common excuse almost everyone will be able to relate to we often use is, Well… it didn't work out this is just not meant to be, we usually stop right there but that is not how life works. In a way there is not such thing as failure because if you learn the lesson and gave your best you succeeded because in order to succeed you need to fail.
The fear of failing can be immobilizing, it can cause us to do nothing and therefore resist moving forward. and that is one reasons why some of the population don't succeed in the future, when teenager they were stop to do great thing because they didn't knew how to deal with failure. The right way to deal with failure is :
First of all is accepting how you feel, if you reject how you feel then those emotions will pop up at unexpected times later on and can make you moody, pessimistic, angry, or sad.
Remember you’re not a failure just because you had a setback, when you’ve had a setback it’s very easy to start thinking that you will always keep failing in this area of your life. It’s easy to start thinking that YOU are indeed a failure, Instead, remind yourself that: Just because you failed today or yesterday doesn’t mean that you’ll fail the next time.
Be constructive and learn from this situation, The important thing is to start thinking about the situation from this perspective and to be constructive about things instead of getting stuck in denial or negativity and apathy.
Lastly improve your self esteem, that way your will be able to take failure in a different way because failing is okay.
Success, in whatever form, is not an easy thing to come about, to find. Rather it is created from lots of hard work, preparation, persistence and unrelenting confidence. Failure, on the other hand, results from a lack of these things. To conclude, failure is the absence of success, and failure is also not a means to an end, but an opportunity to learn from failure. Everybody fails at some point in their lives. What matters most is moving forward and never giving up on success. It will happen soon enough despite failure.
