Hard people are still not on their way home

Today, Mr. S took the bus to work. Next to him sat a girl who was going to a beauty shop. While others were still paddling their phones in boredom, she opened the black leather book she had brought with her, which was filled with dense writing.

As if no one was watching, she would carry the knowledge she needed to know for her work. He remembered that at one point, she was very loud: Why do I work, can I do this job well, what advantages do I have to do these things well, and what value can I bring to the company?

From time to time Mr. S looked at the book in her hand.

Maybe every day there are too many people than we work hard, hidden in each of our way back and forth.

This reminded Mr. S of a previous job search experience.

At the time, Mr. S had just graduated, and he had learned that survival was the basis of life.

In those days, he could no longer feel comfortable taking money and food handouts from his parents.

But what can you do with a life of ease? I'm so good at nothing, I can't even get a real job.

At last, he knew he couldn't afford to be so extravagant. He knew he couldn't afford to spend ten dollars on one more piece.

In countless hardships and difficulties, he also finally learned one thing, it is time to work hard for himself.

This is not every day in the circle of friends to say from the beat to meet the fantasy is enough, is the need for their real travel on countless roads, try, and for it to shed countless sweat.

Not in a small rented house, hungry all day to find the north.

This is the first thing Mr. S learned in society, the meaning of life at the beginning is to find the opportunity to survive in this society.

When Mr. S was looking for a job, he often walked out of a neighborhood past a blowfish restaurant, which was not doing well. It was run by an elderly couple.

Once he was so busy that he came back so late that there was almost no one left in the neighborhood.

But in the dim light, Mr. S could see the old couple sitting straight in front of the door of the Blowfish House, without turning on the light, but looking straight at the door without moving.

If only he had a job now, he would have the money to take care of their business instead of seeing the lights turn off all day without a customer.

But what do you take to sympathize with others?

What can I do to change this?

You have to have a decent job first.

So, Mr. S began to conscientiously write the resume, racking his brains to write their advantages all up, in the column of personal achievements, he would like to put his kindergarten too much little safflower also written above, but this can only give him a little psychological comfort.

In June of that year, he got the first interview opportunity in his life, which was held in Country Guiyuan, Guangzhou.

Because is an acquaintance introduction, as long as it is not too bad, the interview is a sure thing.

So, Mr. S hurriedly bought a train ticket to go there. After a night of anxiety, he went to the company the next morning with his resume and his work.

The hiring manager, a woman in her forties, turned black as soon as she was introduced to someone she knew. She took the papers and put them away.

After casually asking Mr. S a few questions, she left him hanging by the air conditioner.

It was a hot day, but Mr. S felt like he was falling through the ice. It seemed that nothing in this world was certain.

After a while, the boss came out and asked the female manager: What about the person introduced?

Mr. S heard her give a tut and say, just so.

He was no fool. He had seen that the manageress was hostile to him, but he did not know where it came from.

The boss turned to Mr. S and said: Then show me your resume and work.

His heart a tight hurriedly said: I just gave her, ah, she has.

Did not think of the female manager did not accept the account, "I simply confiscated ah, you see my desk is not."

Mr. S had no excuse, so he went out and reprinted the materials.

He knew that the boss of the company would have a bad impression on him. He did not know why the female manager did this, but there was something to be done, under the roof, do your best.

The boss finally took Mr. S to run full head big sweat to take back the resume to see, the female manager in the side accosted: or test him once good.

So Mr. S was told to sit aside with pen and paper.

The female manager looked away and thought: "Then you write a copy of the event planning now, as soon as possible, as soon as possible."

She was in a hurry and seemed to care. Mr. S had to write very fast, only ten minutes to do a good copy of the activity planning, but ten minutes can write what good copy, can only write a passing score is good.

She thought she was going to embarrass herself again, and sure enough, it was just as he had expected.

She took his good copy on the side, to chat to look at the computer is not to see him, and nearly an hour passed, she went to the office to show the boss.

When Mr. S saw her come out, he said to him: "You write another article, test your writing style, write as soon as possible, as soon as possible."

It took Mr. S less than ten minutes to write nearly a thousand words.

As usual, she would show it to the boss an hour later.

When the manager came out again, she had stopped frowning and cast a light glance at Mr. S.

The message she was trying to get across to her boss was obvious: "You've been writing for so long, and this is what the hell it looks like. How dare you come to me?"

Mr. S knew there was no hope. He was only waiting for the final rules.

The manageress kept Mr. S waiting for another half hour, then said to him, "That's all right. You go back and wait for the announcement."

He had seen it all the time on television, but today it had fallen on him.

It was the first hurdle he had encountered in his job search.

Mr. S felt a pang in his heart.

Just out of the company, acquaintances quickly called him to ask: "What's the matter, the other side is not satisfied with you, said you write too bad."

He can't explain it. It's hard to explain.

As he hurried away the next morning, he was told by his acquaintance that the woman manager had filled the position he had introduced you to.

It turned out that when Mr. S went ahead, they arranged their people.

In addition to anger, Mr. S clenched his fist and shouted to himself: One day I will strive to be better, one day I will make my fate.

Never again let others arrange themselves to play, never again, never again.

When he returned to his city, having written well for four years as a fiction writer, Mr. S was recommended by a relative to work for the local newspaper.

During that time, to interview valuable news, he had to run outside every day.

Because he was a newcomer, some of the small stories that the old reporters did not want to go to would fall on him.

Funny thing is, he's still not getting paid.

So he started doing a lot of part-time jobs, writing copywriting and advertising for others, whatever made money.

To survive, Mr. S has even written dozens of ads for aphrodisiacs, the kind that sticks to telephone poles with psoriasis.

But after all, this can not be a lifetime, Mr. S also has his pursuit.

After much thought, he decided to quit, as if he had been working for three months.

This kind of work is impossible to hold on to, there is always a sense that one's time is not worth it. After all, he needed the city's approval to survive.

By this time, his parents were urging him to find a job.

He hasn't been home in months.

Under the pressure of being blamed for losing his job, S began to learn all kinds of copywriting and read all kinds of advertising planning cases. He was a writer himself, and it was easy for him to transition to this industry.

Every day he had a lot of things to do and things to write, which was the plan he made for himself.

This time he has learned that improving his ability is more important than a little star.

So, every morning, he planned to learn a variety of copywriting creativity, and advertising planning.

Study while looking for a job.

The only time he had was in the evenings when he wrote his favorite stories and novels.

A few months later, Mr. S started writing his resume again. Then he got an interview.

This opportunity is not introduced by acquaintances, nor is it given by relatives.

He earned it on his initiative.

He applied for a job as a copywriter.

In his evaluation of himself on the resume form, he wrote this paragraph: very sensitive to words, is ugly words.

With a background in writing, he was very adept at copywriting and advertising planning. Mr. S was admitted as he wished.

This is a career that suits him very well. He can be happy doing what he likes.

Therefore, he cherishes this opportunity very much. He goes to work at 9 o 'clock every day and arrives at the company at 8 o 'clock. In the early morning, he searches for the latest advertising copy information, how to be creative, how to locate the crowd, and how to make the advertising, not like advertising.

After only a few days on the job, Mr. S finished the copywriting and advertising plan for a company project.

The boss smiled happily after reading it: I feel you shouldn't be a copywriter.

Mr. S asked, "Why?"

The boss said: "Feel humbled, you should do my company's plan."

It was not until this moment that Mr. S felt that his efforts were truly valuable.

Then the boss of a media company said to Mr. S, Come and work for me. I will offer you a higher salary than you are making now.

He has also been invited to write copy for his shop.

It's like, all at once.

Life will deceive you, but your sweat will not deceive you.

You may not be able to catch the opportunity to be introduced by acquaintances, and relatives introduced to the job may not save your heart fire.

But as long as you don't give up and are willing to work hard for your improvement, you will always be able to do well.

Because this effort can change the situation you are facing.

To know that there are so many people in the world, every day in bed early hair talk, rang their very hard but not a few people.

They do not know that those who work hard are not on their way home.
