Great Men in the Spotlight

Valid, Iconic, Unproblematic

Matthew Gray Gubler

From what I hear, an all around joy to meet. Is an absolute cinnamon roll, and is somehow so youthful at 40 years old. Drop the skin care routine.

Harry Styles

Iconic. Pro consent, sex positive, Watermelon Sugar is a bop. Would have to kill someone in order to do wrong.

Michael B Jordan

I forgive him for that disastrous Fantastic 4 movie because of Killmonger. The man was cited as a reason a girl had to go to the orthodontist cause she screwed up her braces while watching him on screen. A-okay in my book.

Robert Downey Jr

He’s had some turbulent times in Hollywood, but rose above and while being one of the most paid actors right now, he still seems to remember the bad times and has made up for them.

Logan Lerman

Again, I forgive him for Percy Jackson after his appearance in Perks of Being a Wallflower which was a much better book to movie adaptation. Much respect for the precursor to the Timothee Chalamat’s of the world.

Terry Cruz

Dude’s been making me laugh since White Chicks, and seems to be a pretty humble guy. His spot on Brooklynn Nine Nine has cemented Himbos with a heart of gold into my favorite troupes.

Andy Samberg

Lots of self deprecating humor and I can stand by that. The Lonely Island defined my middle school years and once again, Brooklynn Nine Nine is an amazing show, a lot of it having to do with his chaotic energy and I live for it.

John Mulaney

Loves his wife, will not bash his wife for a successful comedy career. A man that has wholesome energy. Kind of dumb, but that’s okay.

Gerard Way

Calls out people at his shows for being assholes, and actively tells his audience to tell creeps to fuck off. Wrote The Umbrella Academy and is an emo god, cannot be clocked.

Chris Evans

America’s ass.

Donald Glover

AKA: the only reason I watched the Solo movie. Wrote This is America. Iconic.

Pete Davidson

Again with self deprecating, dark humor that’s mostly geared towards himself. He’s had some controversy, not all of it I can excuse, but equal playing fields.

Jonathan Groff

Gave us that song in Frozen 2… you know the one. Has a powerful voice, and seems like a peach.

Paul Rudd

Does not age. Has not aged since the nineties. Quirky, and unproblematic.

Jordan Peele

Calling out racism and standing for black culture with horror movies that are actually good. Cannot help but stan.

Jamie Foxx

I don’t know what it is about him. He just seems like a decent guy. Even if he did a collab with Kanye.

Tom Holland

Best Spidey, this is not an argument. Absolute puppy, pure, and filled with spoilers that he has to be monitored and supervised so that he doesn’t leak them. Recently got chickens because the grocery store ran out of eggs.

Ross Lynch

Y’all stayed asleep when this man was on Disney, and look at some of you know. Thirsting over him in Sabrina. His family band and current band make great music and we love a man that stands up for his girlfriend.

Danny Trejo

Always plays some sort of shady character. I respect it.

Adam Driver

Besides his most known character being… written that way. He is wholesome, won’t back down from a fight and a retired Marine. His plotline ultimately became the only thing I watched the new trilogy for…
