Check the open door!

As soon as one door of happiness shuts, another one opens; yet, we frequently spend so much time staring at the closed door that we fail to see the one that has been opened for us. As a result, most individuals are too bound up in their past, in their familiarity, and they lose out on possibilities that are there in front of them.

Doors may shut, but there are an infinite number of other doors - fresh chances – to open up in their place. If only we had the ability to see the possibilities that exist around us. Because the Infinite Power is limitless, the options are almost limitless as well.

Not every strategy is successful. There will be losses and disappointments from time to time. Relationships may be fraught with difficulties at times. People sometimes have financial or employment setbacks, as well as other unpleasant events. We may not be able to control the events that occur, but we can exert control over our thoughts and attitudes in response to them.

A closed door is all that we notice when one of these occurrences occurs, and we concentrate our attention on it as a consequence of our dissatisfaction and sadness as a result of the loss.

Perhaps if we could only shift our gaze and focus away from the locked door, we might be startled to find fresh, open doors. Because of our loyalty to the familiar and the old, as well as our fear of the new and the unknown, it may be difficult to shift our gaze elsewhere.

If you find it impossible to stop the flow of uncontrollable negative thoughts, your mind will continue to dwell on the loss, failure, and frustration - on the closed-door – until you discover a way to stop them. Would these ideas be beneficial to you in any way, or would they be detrimental, causing misery and preventing development and improvement?

However, you may agree with what is being stated, but how can you liberate yourself from old attachments and recognize the new opportunities? How will you be able to bring yourself to perceive and enter the new doors that have been opened to you?

This proverb is often interpreted as meaning that when one opportunity has been destroyed, another one will arise as a result. When you stop being able to investigate one option, your mind becomes freer to seek another.

In certain situations, pursuing a different opportunity than the one you first sought might turn out to be a better choice for you. Other times, a door shuts, and it is possible that another door will never open. In all honesty, it's a possibility that should be considered and considered seriously as well.

Still, it is preferable to assume that something greater may emerge as a consequence of a shut door. The fact that individuals who think that luck (or the thought that good things may happen to them) are more aware of excellent possibilities than those who don't has been noted several times in earlier articles. It has been confirmed by a study. All we have to do now is do our hardest to put it into action, which means believing that another door in life may open for us.

Make a list of all the things that may have gone wrong and led you to miss out on something you desired. Consider what you might have done differently on several things you could have done more effectively. Once you've come up with a clear picture of what you need to work on, set aside some time to practice doing things better. Consider fresh tactics that might assist you in becoming more effective the next time you come across an open door and take advantage of the chance that presents itself.
