Imagine if you could direct your brain strength focused like a laser on whatever you wish to achieve, then?

We are distracted by so many things. Our interest in meaningless actions throw us far from a meaningful life. Every person is wanting some tricks to make it more momentous but struggles to concentrate on.

Everything starts with a thought that may be is spoken or is a feeling developed by observing someone. And it's just a bad thought that start eating a a person without seeking permission. Person may feel worried, helpless, afraid. The positivity living inside him suddenly becomes toxic and starts killing him from inside.

Life is just interesting,

Every moment is beautiful like a rainbow is.

1. Question your thoughts

Negative thoughts tangle badly and start growing in one's mind tremendously, if once you allow them to chase. In case if you feel like your thoughts are trapping you, sit down in a relaxed position and start asking yourself:

Why?

Why aren't you well?

Why to take things seriously?

These questions automatically slows down the eruption of more negative thoughts and also helps to cool down the anxiety.

2. Be grateful for the positive things that happened in life

Negative thoughts trigger our dark side and it becomes difficult to stay positive in life. It becomes so easy to forget positive things ever happened in our life. We easily forget the normal part of our life.

Negative things gain most of the attention, instead of giving them more significance start visualizing every positive drop of your life. Feel grateful for every minute of life, push yourself back in normal activities.

Go for a walk, observe the shining sunlight, feel the moon’s glory, intake the fresh air. Be kind to your family and friends, go and meet them.

3. Be a positivity stimulator in someone else’s life

Whenever you see yourself struck hard in a situation where negativity is eating you, the best way to overcome the matter is to divert your focus on someone else.

It's quite funny but it works. By adding positivity to someone else’s life, either friend or family member or a beggar, you too will start feeling better and positive again.

You can add positivity to others' lives by helping them with small things, or by preparing a party for them, or just by good advice. Go and listen to them, their situations, kindly.

4. Workout time!

It mostly works. Whenever you feel troubled just play your favorite playlist and go for a 30-minute workout. It helps in releasing inner stress and anxiety. It helps in refocusing your mind.

5. Detach yourself

It's easy to feel negativity when you are attached to something or someone. Mostly it's a personal analysis that paralyzes the positivity. Repeated thoughts drag you away from reality because you are giving this much attention to that person or thing. You talk about it again and again, you think about it, again and again, you give too much attention to that particular thing that even does not deserve to.

Realize that nobody cares for you, free yourself from unnecessary bonds.

6. Meditate

It becomes uneasy to shift focus but yoga took away focus as well as thoughts. It brings attention to breathing and also eases the mind. It allows to experience the positive side of your present instead of “what could” imagination.

7. Read positive quotes

This point is a common point that everyone already knew. By reading positive quotes it brings a mirror in front that reminds you to stay positive. Read them word by word, action by action, character by character.

Many buddha quotes are available on the internet, one must read them.
