The concept of human wants and needs is one that has been induced by our current culture as been homogeneous. And as a repercussion, we tent to view all of our redundant craving for avaricious belonging as indispensable. However, in actual fact, both abstract are in fact discrete. The core issue is how we perceive our possessions as a reflection of our own social standing. We tent to assess not our inner serenity as the soul attainment. But the outer perspective of our fellowship as the soul attainment to be assess. And it is from this certitude that stems the very economic concept of "unlimited wants and limited resources" since it is our esteem of the outer perspective that drives us to crave ever ending material comfort.

this concept of mankind having unlimited desire but only limited resources is for the most part attributed as a fundamental economic theory. But I will argue that this extends far beyond just the realms of economics. And view it more as a philosophical point. As this is more conceptualized with the very nature of mankind. The aim of this content is to not only yield an affirmation as to why we have standardize materialistic craving, why it is delinquent, but also to bear an alternative to it. But first, it is predominant that we analyse what the term "limited resource but unlimited desires" really means.

It is the endless cycle of acquiring a preferential material possession, getting use to it thus getting rid of it, and wishing for an even superior possession or a superior version of the same possession. The material craving or the desire to always acquire the finest of material comfort is what it coined as unlimited desires. And the term that is coined as limited resource represents the unique mean of gratifying those craving for material comfort. Or in other words, both terms don't go along side. You can't yearn for unlimited desires with limited resource if those desire require resources to be enabled.

And really by identifying it in this way, one can acknowledge that the acceptance of such concept is therefore unreasonable. Why will we inadequately fancy unlimited material desire while been aware of scarce material resources. And so the point then persist. Why has this concept been credited? Why are we socially engineered by our culture to be soles materialistic consumers?

It should be well known that we all share a common goal. Happiness. The willingness to be joyful is ingrained in us. And through this trail, it is feasible to determine how it is through our own persona that this social engineering has been facilitated. It is frequently stated that human beings are endemic creature. Suggesting that we appraise the perspective of the wider abode. And this has a significant segment role in sculpting our conscious perception of our state of contentment.

the cause for the formalizing of the acquisitive mindset, is owing to the fact that it is proclaimed as a scheme for gaining merriment. Not only does our state of mind tent to retrieve in a state of joviality when obtaining the pragmatic validation concerning our possessions from our peers, but heterodoxy impart us with a mean of reverie from reality when it feel tense, frustrating, pressured and traumatic. And it is this delightful state of solace built by the coalescence of both the despairing seeking of approval and the discerning for a means of escapism that has compelled us in equating the craving for material condolence as the sole means of achieving happiness.

But in reality, what is truly been provided by the emaciation of possessions is a short-term adulation of comfort. And in various occurrence this could be for long-term agony. Namely in the instance of an addiction.

Real joyfulness isn't derived from material consumption. Considering that more often, its outcome is interim gaiety for long lasting affliction. real contentment or its components extend far beyond materialism. We have been cause to feel certain that happiness is composite. And that the single alteration of emotional torpidity is all that is inexorable for all member of our guild to exhibit veracious pride. However this credence has been proven to be fallacious.

We don't feel content. As previously mentioned, we glimpse at rapacious alleviation as a mean of inferring our own factual reality. And this has been one of the foremost constituent in the upsurge in depression among people. comparing other people's social position via their material express intuitively construct a sense of worthiness toward them and a sense of worthlessness toward you. Which is why the normalization of materialism is inadequate in the sense that it can't usher you with contentment. As it only turns you into an envious egotistic person.

So now that the muddle has been singled out, what could be the substitute for this way of life. Because all materialism can tender us with isn't happiness but a short term feeling of it. As noted in the first paragraph, We tent to assess not our inner serenity as the soul attainment. But the outer perspective of our fellowship as the soul attainment to be assess. Materialism make you crave the approval of other people as something to be content with. Rather than been content with just your inner self. as previously stated, real contentment or its components extend far beyond materialism.

things such as culture, the family unit, religions, nation's sovereignty and history are things that extend far beyond physical material and which can't be obtained with money. furthermore the things that bring us self satisfaction can't be acquired with this utensil either. Morals, love and respect, trust, self actualization and developing an interest or a talent in ardors such as music, art, literature etc. will make you live a far more authentic life. And besides you we don't need any material resources to obtain any of the mentioned.

Note what I am about to write.

"the most valuable asset unevenly distributed among us isn't money. And although we cannot buy happiness with money, we can use this asset to create our own happiness. Giving it far more value than money. And once this asset is used, it can never be gained back. Which is why it is so valuable and that asset is time".

We are so inculcated to believe the money and material impounds are the absolutely irrevocable deities, that we can't even imagine something been more valuable than those. To the point where we actually believe that time actually is money. But in reality we are dissipating our time for the pursuit of short term solace thought social approval and fantasizing reality. Don't waste implement the same pathway. Instead live a life of truth, happiness and authenticity. A life that extent beyond material craving, envy and greed, beyond ego and beyond your little self interest.
