Collectively Speaking....

Collectively, we are at a very vulnerable state of consciousness. A state of existing, where spirit feels and suffers aches and pains quickly and deeply. Our collective organs have been withstanding stress and deception for far too long and the result is a massive increase in the rates of mental illness, separateness, and leaks and tears in the collective energy field.

Society seems to be in a state of mind where we connect through grief and we segregate ourselves by comparing and dissecting that grief. We have grown to believe in suffering so deeply that it has become an identity; People are trapped into feeling connected, only when we identify with suffering, grief, hardship, and/or sorrow. In other words, we use pain as an opportunity to connect. We start to compare our suffering with our neighbors, our peers, and our colleagues feeling either superior or inferior dependent upon the opinions of our own calculations.

We do not share success to this same degree. Rather, we are apprehensive about success because success is not supported in the same way that hardship is. As a collective, we have decided that others are unworthy unless they have known suffering. As a result, we are all very eager to share our grief in order to connect and belong to society. Everybody does know suffering, however, so I find this way of relating to one another to be disheartening and detached. I hold it partially responsible for the outbreak of anxiety, depression, and low self esteem that we see in today's world.

We have made each other feel that others will only show up when times are really low or really high, and the majority will show up only when things are really really low. This way of being is a behavior that is listed as a symptom of a mood disorder. So when we are acting in this way; a way where we feel we are only rewarded with attention when we are extremely high or extremely low, without even realizing it, we start to imitate the behaviors of a mood disorder. Which is rather dangerous when you consider how the brain works.

The best hope that we have is to take responsibility, where we can, for the way that we have accepted this breakdown of spirit within our society. We need to give thanks and celebrate all the miracles and wonders of life, mundane and otherwise. We have to stop comparing ourselves to each other and casting judgment. Whether that judgment is toward yourself or toward someone else, it is a judgment toward the whole collective. To think that we are less or more than one another is sickness and dis-ease perpetuated.

Unfortunately right now, the collective is in pain. Depression, anxiety, and low self esteem are on the rise. It seems as though right now, collectively speaking, we are too disconnected to manifest a new experience. We each have an individual responsibility to change the cycle’s that we currently find ourselves in, which is a cycle of electronic dependency and nostalgia.

People are missing the feeling of a real connection but falling short on reasons to connect. I believe the world , the collective of us all, we want change. Harnessing the power required to conquer this collective angst will be totally dependent upon our ability to recondition society, individually; celebrate triumphs and focus on uplifting energy. If you don’t have the energy to uplift or celebrate, practice constructive mental exercises. Don’t be afraid of losing people who aren’t aligned with your process. You will attract the right kind of people once your frequency starts to rise. If we all do our part, we collectively raise the vibration of the whole collective.

We can prevail and we must.
