Meet Life Coach and Author Cashme' Lee
Cashme' Lee is the Author Of two self reflection journals titled "Fashe" & "Alignment, founder of Elevated Gems and CEO of Pure Vibrationz LLC based in Miami, Fl. Her company provides Life Coaching services which promotes self love , emotional healing , and overall mental wellness through her personalized one on one coaching sessions and daily video uploads which provide timely inspirational messages to all of her followers.
Cashme' started her passion for journalism early in life, even as a child documenting her day to day thoughts, feelings, emotions and the experiences that she encountered. Although her family originates from Trinidad "Lee" was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. During her early years in adulthood Cashme' would experience her own share of misfortune leading to what she recalls as " episodes of depression and anxiety " inspiring her to find alternative methods to conquer her own mental health.
After being ordered to bed rest during her pregnancy in 2019 , Cashme' reached back into her personal journals from over the years where she began to notice all the positive messages and affirmations she left for herself. The messages often reminded her of where she was at the time of those entries , but more than that she saw how much her experiences and coping methods could be used to help inspire , motivate and coach others towards being the greatest version of themselves. She would later contact an editor and publish the first of her two self reflection Journals " Fashe ".

After hosting three successful book signing events she saw how great of an impact her journals were having on the readers. Being a mother of four Cashme' has been no stranger in assisting others in their times of need with her nurturing approach so many of her clients have grown to adore. After coaching a friend through a really tough break up, her friend said " it was time for her to pour into others correctly ", this kick-started her career as a Life Coach and the creation of Elevated Gems.

It Only Took One Minute.......
It only took a minute. I was sitting at the computer in my office when the phone rang. I picked up the receiver and then laid it down my desk as I went to find the student who the call was for. Within seconds I was back at my desk, ready to resume typing, when I heard the student yelling obscenities at me for listening in to his call through the handset that was still lying on the desk. Sick and tired of the lies he was spewing, I was up running down the hall, ready to kill him. By the time I reached him, I had calmed enough not to hurt him, but as I turned back towards my room, I knew that I couldn’t go on like this any longer. The decision was clear. I had to leave.

Two Pink Lines
I had never really felt like a child. I'd always had to raise myself. My mother was just a teenager when she'd had me and consequently, we had spent my whole childhood arguing and fighting like a couple of sisters as opposed to mother and daughter. My father was older than my mother but still had some maturing to do himself. He focused his entire life on me, his little girl but never realized the pressure that put on me. I always felt I had to raise him even as he was trying to raise me. We raised each other. Then, I met him. He cares, he shows me a love like I've never known. For once, it's about me and I don't have to focus on other people's needs and what someone needs from me. Someone always wants something from you. That is what my parents have taught me. Love is selfish but it isn't with him. He is perfect, beautiful, funny, and can take me to places I've only dreamed about. Places outside my mind and my own pathetic life and I know that I will always love him. When we first met, I wanted him to have my children, but now? Right now, with us both still in high school? This is all happening so soon. I slipped into the restroom at work. It had been 6 weeks since my last menstrual and this was not normal. I couldn't wait any longer. I put the top on the test and waited. These 60 seconds felt like forever. What would we do? We were both seniors so we didn't have long to go before school was over but this was not the plan. The plan was for him to join the Army and me the National Guard and for me to get my associate's degree and then we marry, then have kids.
