We all want to become the best version of ourselves. We all talk about it but when we want to implement and success sometimes we are our own worst enemies. In this post I’m going to show you the five habits you should eliminate to become the best version of yourself.

Avoid these habits!

Fear of failure

We all don’t like to fail isn’t it? But sometimes we fail. When we fail something how did you feel?

· Does it make you worry about what other people think about you?

· Does it worry you that people will think you’re stupid and not a competent person?

· Does it make you worry about the future and the desired lifestyle you seek?

Are these statements describing you?

If so you have to change your mind. Failure is a part of success. Most people will give up or stop when they face their first failure but those who succeed faced thousands of failures but they don’t stop. “They say this is my goal I will do whatever it takes to achieve my goal” They learn lessons of failure they change strategies but they will never “QUIT” until their dream has become a reality. That’s the difference between successful people and the unsuccessful people. .

When we are kids did we stopped at failure? When we are trying to learn walk we fail so much time. Did we stop? No why? Because we did not care about that failure we try again and again but we never quite but as adults we are fear to fail. So now I think you understand the point we should change “its all about the mindset”

Learn why you fail and make sure you don’t fail again. And also make sure you are stronger. Start again.

Failure is not the end of your story, it is the start of your comeback story. If failure were the end of your story here would be no greats. Like Einstein, Oprah Winfrey. Think if they stopped at failure what will happen? The world would not be filled with their greatness as is it today.

Failure is nothing but a Lesson or a Motivation to the winner. Don’t let failure stop you, let it grow you develop you. Failure is not the end it is the Start

The second tip I have for you is,

Trying to please everyone

· Are you trying to please everyone?

· Can’t you say No?

Stop tying to please people try to focus on you. When we are doing something ask yourself

Does it make me happy? Is it right for me?

Is it good or bad for the world?

If it makes you happy and if it is also good for the world carry on! Sometimes people will laugh at you, they will tell you how fool are you but don’t listen to them listen to your inner voice don’t go to make them happy by stopping your effort.

Criticize and judge others

Most of the people criticize and judge others without knowing them and not think twice about it. Stop doing this when you are angry or criticizing people you release negative energy to the universe so it will somehow return to you again.so stop criticizing, judging others instead of doing this try to focus and develop your self evaluate your negative points and make a plan to correct them. Think about how can you develop your self.

Laziness

Remember, Time is like a river   you cannot touch the same water twice. So don’t be lazy! Don’t waste your time. Your time is limited you are here for some reason to find the reason take action don’t wait and lazy.

To avoid the laziness first identify your passion. Identifying your real passion is so important because if you passionate about something you don’t have time to think about laziness.

Then create your vision and mission set goals and plans. But when you are creating plans make them SMART

· Specific (simple).

· Measurable (meaningful, motivating).

· Achievable (agreed, attainable).

· Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).

· Time-bound (time-based, time-limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive)

And also you can give small awards to yourself when you achieved something.

Negative self-talk

“I could never do this”

““I’ll look stupid and weird”

Do you talk to yourself like this?

Self-talk is normal but doesn’t make it negative if you do it will become your worst enemy. Self-talk in your head is a hundred times worse than the actual story going on. So try to talk to yourself positively. Tell your self how good you are, how many values and qualities you have, how you are going to achieve your goals

Take action to change above mentioned habits and you will feel changes in your mind.

What can you do more?

Start Small

Don’t try to change everything from day one. Becoming the best version of yourself is like a journey you have to take small steps. But don’t stop

Don’t live someone else’s life

You have to figure out what is the best version of yourself according to your vision

There is no shortcut

You have to develop slowly there is no shortcut to change everything

Use the power of the internet

Let say you want to improve Time management. You can search the internet, there are so many free books ad guided available. Use them to develop yourself instead of wasting time on social media

Ask help from the right people

We all need help.sometimes so when you need help, remember to ask from the right people

Help others

According to my experience this is one of the best ways to become your best version. Always try to help someone answers questions. Do good for others it will generate positive energy they will help you

Use social media wisely

Only share good things don’t going to compare yourself with other people

Appreciate Yourself

When you did a good thing or when achieving a small goal appreciate yourself

Learn from people

Try to learn from people. When you do you will learn that isn’t available through any Google search
