Always Discreet MaxiProtect Product Review
This bladder loss pull-up lives up to the advertisements.

Always Discreet MaxiProtect is a new adult pull-up disposable underwear advertised to hold full bladder loss, the equivalent of up to 20 ounces of water. In the television commercial, a bottle of water is poured into one of the items, and it does seem to hold, but will it work in real time?
Always Discreet debuted its new MaxiProtect incontinence underwear line in Spring 2026. The focus is on heavy bladder protection, and features a 75% larger rapid-absorb area with the 20 oz capacity designed to quickly absorb the discharge of a full bladder.
There are many products today for women and men who have bladder problems. All advertising promises that these items will work wonders. Some people leak urine, others have accidents when they sneeze, cough, or are asleep. Others have full bladder expulsion, which can be messy and smell.
Full bladder loss is common among certain patients in hospitals and long-term care facilities. Sometimes their clothing and all the bed linen must be changed. A product that would catch all the liquid without anything else getting wet would be a godsend. It would keep the individuals drier and save on laundry.
When you spend your money and don't get the protection promised in commercials, it can be distressing. Constantly washing up or bathing and doing additional laundry after incontinence is stressful and can be costly.
My issue has been not realizing my bladder is full. If I have been sitting for a while, once I stand up, I may not make it to the bathroom. I have used many products advertised for incontinence, including maxi pads, adult diapers, disposable pull-ups, and padded cloth underwear.
None of them has been sufficient, and I have been left wet, with additional laundry to wash. After viewing the Always commercial and seeing that 20 ounces of water absorbed I decided to give these pill-ups a try.
They are soft and feel as if I am wearing cotton underwear. They also fit snugly on my body. After sitting for more than two hours while working online, I stood up. I almost made it to the bathroom when my bladder released its contents.

I had been drinking coffee and water so my bladder was full. Imagine my surprise when there was no running over onto my legs or the floor. My shorts remained dry, and the urine was 100% absorbed by the Maxi Protect.
It's been a week, and I have used 10 of these pull-ups. I have not experienced one accident or incident. There is also no smell when I dispose of them in the trash.
Not everyone will have the same experience, but my testimony is that this product is beneficial and does what it has been advertised to do.
Anyone who has experienced bladder leaks or unexpected loss of urine knows the embarrassment that accompanies this issue. Wearing a product that may or may not deliver is stressful.
I am enjoying having confidence that I will not have to worry about my clothing, my body, furniture, or the floor getting soiled should I not make it to the bathroom in time.
You can purchase this product from Amazon online or check local stores. Make certain you get the right size because you may not obtain maximum protection if the pull-ups are too large or too small.
Always Discreet MaxiProtect is the first bladder product I have purchased that has done what was advertised. Everyone may not have the same experience, but I highly recommend these pull-ups for those who have any issues with an overactive bladder, frequent urination, and especially full bladder loss.
I would like to add this note. This morning, two days after writing the article I woke up at 4:30 am. I did not immediately go to th bathroom. By the time I did, my MaxiProtect was filled to the brim, and there was a little leakage on my upper thigh.
I could tell by the overabundance in the pull-up that I had exceeded the 20 ounces. Had I immediately gone to the bathroom upon waking, this would not have happened.
