Little millet has been considered most useful for pregnancy nutrition. Because the growth of the fetus during pregnancy puts pressure on the stomach etc. Due to which parts of the stomach etc. shrink. But during this time the pregnant woman needs both nutrition and energy.

But during this time digestive problems like bloating, sour belching etc. also occur. Due to which women are often unable to eat food. Due to which they face problems during pregnancy and also hinder the development of the baby.

Due to which glucose does not get mixed suddenly in the blood of a pregnant woman, it keeps getting mixed very slowly and continuously.
