You've heard and read about how to create a great day about a thousand different times.

Am I right?

A successful day begins with a positive attitude. If you wake up feeling grumpy or tired, it will be hard to accomplish anything. Yadda-yadda-yadda. But if you start your day with a smile and a determination to make a difference, you'll be surprised at what you can achieve.

But the question we all ask is how?

How do we do that? It's one thing to read about it and another to actually put it into practice. Is it some class we take? Is it some goo-roo we need to listen to? A book?

Nah, it's even easier.

It's words.

Power words.

These power words.

So read on, embody them, steal them and repeat them.

Vengeance

Wake up with it.

No, this doesn't mean attacking the day like you're out for blood. But it does mean you should have a purpose or goal for the day. Whether it's finishing a project at work, running, or spending time with family and friends, wake up to make the most of your day.

It's a feeling of determination and strength, of knowing that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. It's a feeling of power and confidence, of being unafraid to take risks and seize opportunities. When you wake up with a vengeance, the world is your oyster. So wake up to conquer the day. Make it yours. Show everyone what you're made of.

Because when you wake up with a vengeance, anything is possible.

Start

It's a well-known saying that life is not about how you start but how you finish.

And while there's undoubtedly some truth to that, it's also important to remember that the journey is just as important as the destination. And this applies not only to long-term living but the day-to-day parts as well. But you first must START.

That means opening your eyes...

That means getting your ass outta bed...

That means taking that first breath and being grateful that you can...

In short, it means taking that first step.

Because if you don't start, then how will you ever finish? So starting is the most important action of the day because once you've managed to get going, everything else will follow naturally.

Change

If you aren't where you envisioned you'd be, it's time to change.

Nobody is going to do it for you. Wake up and realize that the world is not going to fix itself. It's up to you to be the change you want to see in the world. It starts with determination. Be determined to make a difference.

Once you are determined, you will find ways to make a difference.

It might be big or small, but every little bit counts. You might decide to write that first essay or finally enroll in that course. Whatever you do, just do something. The world needs your help.

It's time for you to be the change.

Attitude

When it comes to attitudes, we often think of them as being set in stone.

After all, once we've formed an opinion on something, it can be hard to change our minds, right?

Bullshyte.

Attitudes are actually quite fluid, and we have the power to change them at any time. Try this little experiment the next time you find yourself in a bad mood.

First, take a deep breath and relax your body. Then, think of something that always makes you smile - whether it's a loved one, a favorite memory, or just a hilarious cat video. As you focus on that happy thought, you should feel your mood improve. That's because your brain is like a muscle - the more you use it to think positive thoughts, the easier it becomes.

So don't be afraid to flex your attitude muscle every now and then.

Positive

It's easy to let negative thoughts creep in as the day progresses.

Doesn't matter how mentally tough or prepared you are...it happens to the best of us.

Maybe you didn't accomplish everything you wanted to, or you got stuck in traffic. Whatever it is, don't dwell on the negative things during your day. Instead, focus on the positive and end the day on a high note.

The final word

Remember, the power to rule and run your day resides within. It has always been up to you to make the most of it.

-Start your day with a sense of purpose

-Remember that the journey is just as important as the destination

-Change what you don't like about your life by taking the first steps and making a change

-Attitude can be changed, so think positively every day for a better tomorrow

-End your day on a high note

So embrace your power, embrace your potential, and choose to wake up with a vengeance! You can do it. The world is yours for the taking.

Conquer it!
