In the realm of mental health, men face unique challenges and often find themselves battling in silence. Society's expectations, cultural norms, and stigma surrounding mental health can make it incredibly difficult for men to seek support and openly address their struggles. This blog aims to shed light on the specific issues faced by men, explore the factors contributing to their higher suicide rates, and provide guidance on how to support men's mental well-being. The decline of mens mental health has always been there but the awareness of it is being exposed more now than ever. We see school shooters rising, men being addicted to things like drugs and porn more. I believe we make the world a better place when the men are in a stable mental mind because the men are the foundation of anything being built and when that foundation is broken the whole world will suffer. I believe in bringing men back into masculine roles and giving them the help they need. Not too long ago it was the men that fought most wars and died for their wife and children and now modern men are more emotional and less stable. Stability and bravery are the foundational of a home which th mans brings to his wife children. Men are now being told to be in their feelings but when this happens they act irationailty which can lead harming others in the process. This is why this blog needs to be written, men are crying out for help.
