If you've decided to get married, but you don't know what to do next, then this article is for you. This is the fool's guide to getting married.

First of all, congratulations, you are about to embark on a journey into the unknown. I wish you all the best and hope you have a long and happy life.

To start your new life in the best possible way, you need to arrange the perfect wedding, which is much easier if you plan it properly and consider all aspects. Imagine how your perfect day will end and keep thinking positively.

Your first decision should be to determine when you want your wedding to take place. You will need to decide which month of the year and the actual date. Will it be the day that all your close friends and family are free to attend?

Next, you need to consider where you want to get married. Do you want to get married in a church or have a civil wedding? If you are considering a church wedding, then perhaps you would like to consider one of your local churches. Maybe you want it to be located in a town that has more of your family. Maybe you want to get married abroad. Whatever your preference is, this needs to be decided so that other plans can be implemented.

Getting married in a church will bring a more spiritual feel to the ceremony. In addition, due to changes in the law, more and more churches can perform weddings. Talk to the pastor of the church in question. They may advise you if you need some sort of license to get married in that particular church.

Once the location and date have been determined, you can think about who will be the maid of honor and who will be the best man, and these people need to be asked first. Then you can think about how many friends and family will be coming to the church and then how many people will be attending the reception. Once you have a rough number, you can think about arranging the reception. Shop around and start thinking about interior decor. You can find a catering company that provides the entire interior, including the food. Then, you can consider what you want everyone to eat and whether you offer options for your guests.

If you want to have a honeymoon, you need to consider when, right away. A few days or a few weeks later? We all lead busy lives, so we have to postpone our honeymoon some. But the honeymoon is important; it's the first few days a newlywed couple spends together, and they will be moments that will be cherished forever.

When it comes to this stage, of course, the bride will be thinking about the dress. This dress is probably the most important to her, so there should be no tights here. She will need a lot of time to find the right dress. She will also be thinking about her hair and makeup and who will be doing it. Depending on the type of bride, the entire beauty routine can be complete or incomplete. Does the bride need high maintenance, she will want to look her best and that will cost.

Then there are the flower arrangements, cake selection, and transportation. Most weddings have a photographer so this will need to be investigated. Once you start arranging it, there will be more details for each part, but that is pretty much the basics. The more research you do, the more prepared you will be. Use internet technology to search and view all aspects. This should be an enjoyable experience, not the stressful one tends to think of. So enjoy making all those decisions and arranging a truly wonderful wedding.
