what does Treasure teaches and justifies that the treasure is not in human treasurers. We are a part of the journey but the treasure is in the path we follow, not in the destination. Treasure is a word that teachers and trainers have long used, it is meaningful because it connects people.

Someone says "You must understand" in a language we do not understand. That person is demonstrating his/her understanding of us, our lives and the path to which we have chosen to travel. Treasure is important because we need to recognize others, their perspectives and why. We also need to do it in conversation with others, a word in speech may express our ideas but we must explain why we think as we do.

Teachings do not explain the complexities and nuances of our worlds. Conversation with others teaches us what is. We may need to explain and defend our choices. We may need to explain why we make judgements and behave as we do. Those are necessary to people when they ask questions. Questioning and defending will always happen but that does not always require the teaching of Treasure or explainable meaning.

In dialogue , words may be used, sometimes politely, sometimes loudly and aggressively to communicate. It is easy to be listened to when we are explaining and defending. In the end, Treasure represents sharing. The most valued treasures are shared to promote understanding. Understanding has its advantages but sometimes does not enable us to explain ourselves. When our actions are explained or justified they help us explain ourselves and that, too, is important.

Share in the treasure you possess, give back the treasure you do not have. Be thoughtful and respectful of the opinions of others, encourage debate and debate is necessary.

If you choose to develop Treasure by teaching others, there is debate, it is difficult to be understood if you do not explain yourself. However, it is important to be in the position of explaining, defending and explaining to help understand others, more people and the way to which we follow.

Being understood by others requires Treasure. It is important to explain ourselves and the many situations we face. It is important to explain and explain why to be understood and to explain the processes of our learning to explain ourselves. I always tell people that the ability to explain our way, teach, explain and explain can help people understand. The ability to explain your mind is important.

Teachings are not expressions of our minds. I explain the processes of learning to teach and I explain the process of teaching to explain. Teaching is part of our path and Treasure is the knowledge we have to help us explain ourselves.

You might need to explain why you made a decision, why you behave in a certain way and why your actions do not fit with the expected or the accepted way of behaving. There are so many occasions when we need to explain our decisions. You might need to explain why you made a decision to others to explain the process of decision making and why you made certain decisions. It is important to explain why you chose to go to this school, why you think it is the best school, why it has all the right teachers and the reasons why you think you can teach it. That is why teaching is important.

People learn when they have a relationship with teachers and students and can ask questions. If there is no teacher present, people often have difficulty explaining why they behave as they do. It is important to be able to explain yourself to others and teach others to explain themselves, both of which require Treasure.

Our words are tools to help people understand and explain the paths they follow, the ways they think, express their ideas and sometimes debate and explain why.

You may need to explain what you believe about situations and actions in which you believe. You might need to explain what is true or not in a debate. That is why learning to explain yourself is important.
