Thoughts become reality

Find what makes you happy!

We live in a universe driven by beliefs. What you believe in, you will receive and see all around you. Follow your emotions, and when something you desire never comes into your life, it’s time to embark on a journey of discovering limiting beliefs. We all have our life scripts that we observed when we were little and think we must repeat the fate of our parents, ancestors... Yes, you know, it can't be different. Not so fast. Although it doesn't seem obvious at first glance, people are actually unhappy because they choose to be. If this sentence hits you, then you are on the right path. When healing is triggered, suppressed emotions come out, pressure rises, drama ensues. It’s okay to get angry, let it out. Resentment, grudge, and regret prevent you from having everything you desire. Everything that is truly important—love, prosperity, friendship, happiness, health, wisdom, abundance, joy, generosity... Do you believe that doesn’t exist? Hmm, it’s all in our minds. You will become what you think and tell yourself every day. I have met many rich people who do not enjoy what they have at all, or they are completely spiritless, apathetic, angry, or depressed, but also various so-called spiritual people who are still programmed to think they must suffer and struggle, they even envy others, their ego is bigger than a house, or they are in constant scarcity. Something is wrong there. I didn't like that concept at all, so I started my own research.

What is true wealth? What is prosperity? What makes us happy? How is it that money changes people, what happens then? Give someone a large amount of money or a powerful position, and you will see who that person really is. I know, I know, I’m like an encyclopedia with a hundred "whys" and a thousand "therefores." And this is a very sensitive topic. I don't fit into normal standards where I blame others for all the troubles, whether it's the state, politicians, or a crisis... I take full responsibility for how I feel, what I do, and what I think. Now it's a bit clearer to all of us that thoughts become reality. Change your emotions before they change you.Emotions are like signposts. There are hidden gifts behind each of our emotions; they teach us about ourselves and, consequently, about others. Sadness teaches us how to awaken our hearts, sometimes showing us how important something truly is to us. It teaches us how to restore our heart's wholeness after a loss, making us humble and compassionate. Shame teaches us to recognize how perfect we are in all our imperfections. Guilt teaches us responsibility and how to remain true to our Self. Depression is the complete inability to express oneself; it forces us to look inward and regain trust in a force greater than ourselves.Fear teaches us about safety. Anger is a powerful protector; it teaches us how to use our strength in an acceptable way.

What we do to others, we do to ourselves. So, ask yourself today: what are you choosing to do to yourself, and consequently to those around you?

What beliefs serve you, and what energy are you sending to your cells with full confidence? What energy are you investing in your world today?

There is a way to develop your spiritual and material life simultaneously and enjoy the process.

Let’s return to curiosity, as it leads us into the unknown, and expect the unexpected. Surrender, be present, and believe. Be grateful for opportunities that haven’t yet occurred; you don’t need a reason to feel joy or a motive for gratitude.
