A good Health program can benefit individuals but the most traditional food in America; fast food and ready meals are not on the menu. Trans fatty foods have a negative effect on overall health choices, including weight. There are many side effects due to poor nutrition like this. Doctors report an increased risk of developing heart disease in our young people as a result of their diet. Other reported side effects include increased belly fat, insulin resistance and muscle cramps. Health effects:

Fast food affects our American youth as evidenced by increasing obesity and increasing the risk of developing type 2 diabetes refined. The repeated use of hydrogenated oil for the preparation of nutritious foods affects the health of blood vessels. Not only does it show up in adolescence, but it also develops and contributes greatly to health problems as we age.

High levels of compounds such as sodium increase blood pressure affecting the heart. Fast food is not nutritious and lacks essential micronutrients. High sodium intake has been shown in the pathology of kidney and liver disease. Best Food:

Natural foods should be replaced by fast foods such as salads, fresh drinks and milk. This can help reduce fat and calorie intake. Meat and fish can be included in the diet to provide the necessary protein. For vegetarians, they can use a mixture of beans, rice, and other grains as well as tofu-based foods.

Foods with a high fiber content can help achieve a healthy weight gain in obese people. Soluble and non-soluble fiber supports heart health and digestion. Whole grains, cereal fiber, some fruits, vegetables, beans, and flax can help support weight loss programs in young people. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Health choice is the key to long-term success.
