March Journal Set-Up
For over a year I have been using "Silk and Sonder" to journal and plan my daily life. I still remember the theme of my first journal (October 2022) - Acceptance. There was a heavy weight of worry for my oldest dog at the time. He was having routine surgery for an aural hematoma (blood blister in his ear). Then, he was 11 going on 12 years old. Although the vets had cleared him "healthy as a 6-year-old", he is a very special dog to me that I stressed over obnoxiously. The journal prompts through "Silk and Sonder" helped me accept what I could not control, and trust the vets to take excellent care of my baby. After many tears, Dino came out of surgery completely fine and is still going strong today!

While the prevalent approach in the US often leans towards medication, studies indicate that a more nuanced strategy might be beneficial, particularly for younger children.

The Green-Brown Paradox: Challenging Myths in ESG Investing Through the Lens of Carbon Transition Risk
Commonly held beliefs about the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives — such as the circular economy, carbon trading, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investments, integrated reporting, and the drive towards a net-zero carbon economy — are often perceived as aligned with investors’ interests. These concepts, widely celebrated within the ‘business-for-good’ narrative and sometimes bolstered by questionable correlations, are currently being re-evaluated. It’s crucial to discern whether these sustainability efforts truly deliver on their promises or if, in some instances, they serve more as myths constructed for marketing purposes, aimed at attracting stakeholders.

A new medicine has been developed to help cancer patients living with a rare disease which attacks the body's own organs following a life saving stem cell transplant. Belumosudil is a pioneering new treatment for chronic graft versus host disease.
