Paper towels and tissues — Tissues are always assumed as recyclable products. But actually they aren’t. Reason – they are mixed with food residue, hygiene things and toilet uses.

Small pieces of wires — Aluminium and copper wires are recycled. But if they are in very tiny pieces, they couldn’t be worked on and hence can’t be turned into something useful again.
