Early Menstruation - What Causes It?

A number of studies are being conducted on the reasons behind the decline in the age of puberty (beginning of menstruation) in girls. Obesity, consumption of high non-vegetarian foods, certain genetic factors, stress, worry about quarrels with family etc. influence here.

One of the reasons for this is that children consume a lot of soybeans. Chemicals and pesticides in our food also lead to this problem.

But lack of exercise and obesity are the main causes.

Weight gain is a concern for girls. Because their diet also changes with their growth. Girls gain weight due to excess diet and lack of exercise.

Is it due to mobile usage?

Signals from the hypothalamus glands in the brain are necessary to release the hormones needed to stimulate menstruation. Hormones are secreted by this gland when girls are growing. As a result, changes occur in the body of girls and menstruation occurs.

However, we don't have definitive answers to the question of when the brain chooses to send the signals necessary for menstruation. However, some research suggests that this hormone is triggered by the environment around girls.

Content available on television, laptops, mobile phones stimulates children's brains. Today almost all children have laptops, tablets, mobile phones. Unlimited internet is also available at very low cost.

Due to the development of internet we are able to watch all kinds of content on mobile phones. The security of countries like India is easy to see from small to big.

So when young children at home are using mobile phones, viewing adult or pornographic content, their brains may be sending signals that stimulate their hormones. Due to this, girls come of age at a young age.

But we see that girls in rural areas start menstruation late. This is delayed due to differences in mobile phone usage and content availability there.

Such content affects both men and women. But here women's bodies are very different. A bit complicated too. So the results are visible a bit faster.

But, not all women should be viewed from the same perspective. Other factors also play a role. That is why a detailed study is being conducted on mobile phone usage.

Worried about baby girls?

After the onset of menstruation, girls face some problems.

Some children stop growing in height after puberty. So early menstruation becomes something to worry about.

For example, if a ten-year-old daughter's height is significantly less than her mother's height, the child should be taken to a doctor immediately. Take menstrual delay medicines as per doctor's advice. But all these should be decided after proper medical tests.

If the injection is done under the doctor's supervision after the tests, there is a chance that the period will be slightly delayed. In some cases, this period can be extended to two to three years. During this period the woman's height and other body structure will improve.

Therefore, girls should consult doctors if they experience menstruation at an early age. Parents, it is beneficial to visit the doctors at the right time.

A few months after the onset of menstruation, the effectiveness of this treatment diminishes.

Early onset of menstruation also increases the risk of polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD). Due to severe pain during menstruation, problems like obesity and diabetes can also occur.

The risk of developing breast, urethral cancer and heart diseases will also increase in the future.

Symptoms like moles, armpit hair, breast growth appear a year before the first period. If these symptoms appear at a young age, a gynecologist should be consulted immediately.

These precautions are necessary

Early periods are not girls' fault. So let those kids do what they want and go out and play.

It is the mother's responsibility to ensure that those children are clean. It is important to teach children how to use sanitary napkins alone.

Parents should help children participate in all activities so that their self-confidence does not decrease.

Most parents do not allow girls to go out and play after puberty. This is a wrong approach and sometimes risks creating resentment towards the parents.

Menstruation is slightly irregular in the first year after puberty. If you notice periods of less than 21 days, bleeding up to seven days, or heavy bleeding, take your child to a doctor. Women should have their hemoglobin levels checked regularly. A regular supply of nutritious foods is also essential.

Daily intake of food items including rice, potato, sugar and flour should be reduced.

Adolescent girls are more likely to experience changes such as loneliness, low personality, and ease of sexual intercourse. Therefore, parents should be supportive to prepare these children physically and mentally.

Menstruation is not a disease, it is a stage in women's development. This should be explained to girls by their mothers. Mothers should be present at every stage to make daughters aware of menstruation
