The test is the condition: you can do a small test yourself. You put a little olive oil on your hand and then wash it. We can imagine the digestion of food because our body is like a container full of water and it works in the same way.

If you consume olive oil, it dissolves in the body in about half an hour, which means that your body can easily handle it and does not need to waste energy to digest it. If you do the same thing on butter and other products, especially animal based products, you will need a lot of hot water and detergent to get it clean.

Use plenty of olive oil. Prefer vegetable oil and butter etc. But olive oil is the best of all, you can fry everything in it and thus you can stay young and healthy for a long time.
