Fiber-rich foods are your allies

The dietician and nutritionist also specifies that: " Cooked vegetables, legumes, flours and whole grains are foods to be preferred because they are extremely rich in fiber. There are also other foods such as whole quinoa, red beans or flageolets. You can also bet on wholemeal bread rather than white bread".
