It’s hard often to change the way our lives are if we don’t have the guidance or type of people around us to encourage those vital changes. I’ve been in a rut for a while too with my lifestyle habbits and it took me lots of discipline to configure my way of thinking in order to turn things and my mindset around completely. Because a lot of the folks around me are unfortunately stuck in a defeatious type mental state, they tend to have a continuity of events that causes them to be held back instead of unlucking their fullest potential in life.

I’d found that by removing myself from certain people and situations and by changing my mindset, that i was able to take that first important step towards living my best life ever. After Ive been dumped by one of my ex girlfriends, I’d been in a constant state of sulking on how i wasn’t good enough, complaining about my weight and how if i was thinner and sexier, that it wouldn’t of happened. Then i started to blame other people and past events around me too. But it was until i began to look within myself that I learned that If I changed my way of thinking, that i could achieve almost anything else possible.

Luckliy for you though, because you choose to read this article, you will unstuck yourself from a procrastinator to the ultimate champion of being motivated enough through the help and guidance of a coach, to achieve almost any goal you have in mind right now. Here are ways to begin to live your best life right now.

Remove unwanted people out of your life.

This step is super important as the five or six people you choose to hang out around will drastically affect your way of thinking, communicating and action taking towards your goals and dreams. Do you have some toxic people in your life right now who aren’t truly benefiting you or putting you down? If you hang out with five thugs, you become a thug. If you hang out with five partiers, you become the 6th partyer. Maybe its time to change who you hang out with.

Get out of Toxic Relationships.

If you’re in a relationship that seems to be controlling where you feel suffocated and unable to achieve any of your most purest goals, then its time to pack your bags and go elsewhere. Most often than not, married couples tend to fight with each other because the other half has an idea that they’d like to peruse or a pure dream that’s just not possible in a courtship. It’s best to break it off with whomever you’re with if you wish to truly pursue your wildest dreams possible.

Start eating right.

Avoid eating out too often and instead opt in to cooking at home. Make healthier meal choices with less sodium and a variety of super foods like Kale, lean meats and chicken, rice, and fruits. Eat stuff rich in protien so you have the energy you need throughout the day. Change your eating habits gradually. Do you drink alcohol? Limited the amount of beer you drink on a weekly basis. Drink more water and take supplements that will help you clean out your system. Acai berries are proven to help you eliminate waste more effectively.

Hit the Gym.

Take the time to consider seeking a place like the gym for your physical well being. We could all work on ourselves, especially as we get a bit older. As Id learned, spending 1-2 hours at the gym for 3-4 days a week will definitely help you improve any weight issues you might encounter in life later. Always make wave to get a gym membership. Also, using the weight machine, doing leg presses, chest presses and other machines will help you feel less stress or depress if you’re going through something horrible(break up, failure, being terminated by your employer, etc) and will increase your mood positively.

Get yourself a life coach and mental wellness coach.

Its always a good idea to have someone who could hold you accountable with achieving your goals in life.Having a life coach will help you settle some of those long and forgotten goals you weren’t able to accomplish because of delays or other circumstance. Practice mindfulness and affirmations.

Sometimes in order to appreciate what we have in life, we must be thankful for what isn’t happening in our lives that might negatively affect our core. By practicing gratitude, you will eliminate any negative stance in your train of thinking that’s perventing you from being your best self. meditate each and every day on what you have and why you’re thankful for what’s already in your life. Also affirmations are very powerful way to train your brain on what you wish to have in your life eventually. The trick to practicing affirmation is to feel within you as though you already have the thing or situation you desire.
