How to become shorter? This is the question that strikes once in a while in the minds of all over-the-top tall people which maybe due to societal pressure or bullying or it could be some other reason.

But let me tell you that there is no harm in accepting yourself the way you are. However if you still want to know how to shrink yourself, then this blog is all you need. But before jumping on that part, let’s first understand the science of human growth.

Height is something that changes over time since your childhood. In childhood and adolescence, bones continue to grow, and your bone height stops growing as you enter adulthood. In women, height stops growing once the female begin their menstruation cycle.

However height majorly depends on a person’s genetics, so, after a certain age, there is no feasible or honest way to become shorter.
