If you spend a lot of time on your computer, using shortcuts can help you save time and be more productive. Some common shortcuts include Ctrl+C (copy), Ctrl+V (paste), Ctrl+Z (undo), and Ctrl+Shift+T (reopen the last closed tab). You can also customize your own shortcuts in some programs.

4. Keep your workspace tidy
