Soap making is an art form on its own. Not only is it an extremely relaxing process, but making your own soap comes with a million other benefits! From every customised batch that you pour into the moulds to each aromatic scent that you add into the beautiful handmade soaps, each step has its unique experience. But why should you make your own soap when there are so many commercial soaps that you can buy online?

1. Better products, lesser costs
While commercially produced soap can be had for a low price thanks to discounts, sales, coupons, and other promotions, producing your own soap can save you more money in the long run. Yes, the initial cost of components may seem like a lot but the majority of containers will hold enough for numerous batches of soap for you and your friends and family! You will have enough natural, fragrant, lather-filled soap to use after each batch you produce. For years to come, the equipment you buy will be useful, and the initial investment will pay off quickly as you discover the numerous benefits of making your own soap.
2. Say goodbye to harmful ingredients!
If you make your own soap, you can avoid all of the bad additives like SLS and parabens that are commonly found in commercially made soaps. Making your own soap at home allows you to use essential oils to scent it and benefit from its unique characteristics. Take lavender oil for relaxation, lemongrass for energising, or peppermint scented soap for seasonal inspiration. Using essential oils allows you to create your own unique aroma for your homemade soap. If you’re someone who likes fruity or floral fragrances, add those fragrances! I had never really felt like a child. I'd always had to raise myself. My mother was just a teenager when she'd had me and consequently, we had spent my whole childhood arguing and fighting like a couple of sisters as opposed to mother and daughter. Love is selfish but it isn't with him. He is perfect, beautiful, funny, and can take me to places I've only dreamed about. Places outside my mind and my own pathetic life and I know that I will always love him. When we first met, I wanted him to have my children, but now? Right now, with us both still in high school? This is all happening so soon. I slipped into the restroom at work. It had been 6 weeks since my last menstrual and this was not normal. I couldn't wait any longer. I put the top on the test and waited. These 60 seconds felt like forever. What would we do? We were both seniors so we didn't have long to go before school was over but this was not the plan. The plan was for him to join the Army and me the National Guard and for me to get my associate's degree and then we marry, then have kids.
