Be the Best Santa Claus Ever!

Copy the Gestures of Santa

Just by wearing the red and white Santa Claus Hoodie, not everyone can be Santa! It takes more than money to be a kind, old man. If you are looking forward to being Santa for a Christmas party or even if it’s your job, then don’t worry; you can be the best one out there. Practice making your voice deeper and cheerful because you have to do ‘ho ho ho’ a lot. Now, follow the instructions mentioned below and make the kids and some (naïve) adults’ wonder that you might be the real Santa Claus.

WEAR THE COSTUME:

First things first, suit up in the red Santa jacket with white-colored fur. Add a black belt in your costume on the waistline. For the bottom, wear red trousers with the same white fur. Now, coming towards the perfect footwear, nicely polished black boots are the traditional choices, but you can go with any color you like. Dye your beard white or if you don’t have a long beard, then get a fake one that looks close to reality. Don’t forget to wear red and white Santa hat!

COPY THE GESTURES OF SANTA:

Now it’s time to blend into the Santa attitude. Put a big smile on your face but keep in mind not to look creepy, or else kids would run away from you. Don’t let any sign of irritation come on your face—laugh and ‘ho ho ho’ as many times as you can. If you are a person who feels insecure about yourself while smiling a lot or being jolly, then its fine; people won’t know that it is you and not the real Santa. So, speak in a deep, joyful voice like Santa Claus.

BE KIND AND POLITE:

Children are going to come and interact with you a lot. If they go and frankly sit on your lap, then maintain your calm, and ask them what they desire to receive on Christmas as a present. Listen to whatever they say politely and respond with a kind smile. Give them a big warm hug if any of them starts to cry. Show them kind gestures like a wink or a thumbs up; they love these things. Well, there are so many chances that you will encounter a skeptical child who will say that he doesn’t believe in Santa.

All you have to do is keep your temperament cool in these situations. Tell that kid that just as you start to believe in Santa, he will start giving you presents that you have never received before. They would not be those ordinary ones like socks. Some kids will also come to you and say that you are not the real Santa. That’s the time when you have to control your expressions the most. Answer them; ‘Yes, dear. I am just filling the space of the real Santa as he is busy wrapping gifts for you in his home.’ This always works!

YOU CAN FIGHT BUT POLITELY:

Santa has rights too! He can defend his identity and reality. So, if you feel done with all those questions, you have the right to say, ‘Kid, come one, I am the real one. Listen to my ho ho ho’. Then shut his mouth with a candy cane. The cover didn’t get blown, so don’t worry.

ANGER IS NOT AN OPTION:

Out of all the rights, you don’t have any choice of being angry once. Talk nicely with every kid who comes to you, sits on your lap, asks you irritating questions, or tries to steal gifts from you. Santa loves kids, so he can NEVER be rude to them.

FILL A SACK WITH CANDY CANES:

Now, finish your Santa look with a big sack filled with a lot of candy canes. Kids believe that Santas can’t ever get short of candies and gifts, so you cannot give them a chance to doubt your identity. Not just kids, many adults also love to take pictures with Santa Claus and ask him for candy canes and gifts. So, no matter where you go as Santa, take your red sack with you. Get a sack that compliments your Santa Claus Hoodie. An important note; while handing anyone a candy cane or gift, say; ‘ho ho ho! Merry Christmas’ with a big smile.
