1. Compare yourself with yourself

4. Stop lying

Falsehood is harmful to the individual, society, and the state. Lying is a serious crime for which human life can be lost. So avoid lying. As a result, everyone will believe you. Faith will make you confident. Lying will destroy your self-confidence. Lying is a bad habit and a mental illness. It wastes mental energy.

5. Set small goals

Set goals before embarking on a new and exciting task. Success cannot be achieved overnight. Perseverance and patience are required for any great success. Every day small tasks take on a much bigger size at once.

So share the parts of your work. Set and achieve small goals every day. You will see that you have got success in big works in this way. As a result, you will not feel extra pressure to work and you will feel comfortable working. If the workload is low then you will be mentally strong and your self-confidence will increase.

6. Think positive

People think before they do anything. Human work depends a lot on human thinking. The way people think, the way it works. Positive thinking is one of the most important tools for successful people. Famous people in the pages of history have found success because they were confident. So think positive.

Positive thinking plays a vital role in shaping our personality. Those who always think positively maintain their self-confidence. So trust yourself and think positive to increase your confidence.

7. Be satisfied with your work

When we think of ourselves, we imagine the failures first. The result is dissatisfaction with oneself. Gradually frustration works in the mind. So think of your good deeds. Think about your successes. It will make your mind better. Interest in work will increase. This will increase your self-confidence a lot. When people think of success, stimulation works in the brain, and mental strength increases. So think about success to increase your mental strength and self-confidence.

8. Practice reading books

Books are the bearers of knowledge. A person can gain a lot of knowledge by reading books, which he cannot find anywhere else. Books can eliminate human loneliness. To be a perfect and knowledgeable person, you should read a lot of books.
